Abstract:
A method and apparatus for providing a traffic information service using a mobile communication terminal are provided. A method of a mobile communication terminal for a traffic information service is provided. The method includes constructing a cluster with at least one neighboring Mobile Station (MS), receiving traffic information from the at least one neighboring MS comprised in the cluster, measuring traffic information using location information of the MS, and transmitting a traffic information message comprising the collected traffic information to a traffic information provision server.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electro-optrode neural interface, comprising an optical fiber which is elongated so as to be insertable into a body, and which is located at a core portion so as to form an optical electrode portion, and a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) sample encircling the optical fiber. The LCP sample has an adhesive sheet, and an LCP electrode layer encircling the adhesive sheet, wherein the adhesive sheet and the LCP electrode layer are coupled to each other. The electro-optrode neutral interface is formed by combining, into a single unit, an electrical interface in which an electrode for stimulating deep brain or measuring neural signals from deep brain is arranged in a liquid crystal polymer and an optical interface such as an optical fiber, a waveguide and an endoscope. The electro-optrode interface of the present invention may enable an electro-optrode to be inserted into a body while electrically or optically monitoring the position of the electro-optrode in real time, and may be mass produced.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a catalyst for selective catalytic reduction, using ammonia or urea as a reducing agent, and particularly, to a catalyst for selective catalytic reduction in which ceria or a ceria-mixed composite oxide is coated. The present invention relates to a catalyst, wherein ceria or a ceria-composite oxide is coated on the uppermost layer of a catalyst for selective catalytic reduction comprising a base metal such as vanadium and the like, which are zeolitic or non-zeolitic. Surprisingly, if ceria or a ceria-containing composite oxide is coated on the uppermost layer of a catalyst for selective catalytic reduction, it is possible to show catalytic activity at a relatively low temperature, to improve thermal durability and poison resistance against alkali metals and the like, and to accelerate the efficiency of urea hydrolysis.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a molten salt for refining magnesium alloys, especially Sr- containing magnesium alloys, and more specifically, relates to a molten salt for refining magnesium alloys to effectively remove impurities and to minimize the loss of Sr from Sr- containing magnesium molten alloy melt. This molten salt is a LiCl-KCl binary molten salt, a LiCl-KCl-NaCl ternary molten salt, or a binary or ternary molten salt containing 20% or less of MgCl 2 or CaCl 2 based on the total weight thereof. The molten salt may include 10 wt% or less of impurities in the working procedure.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an apparatus and method for manufacturing an optical film having superior optical characteristics. The optical film has a smooth surface and superior optical characteristics and can be used as a protective film for an interior component of LCD or an optical storage media, such as DVD, which employs a blue-ray. The apparatus comprises an extruder to compress and discharge a molten resin, a die provided to the extruder to determine a thickness of the resin extruding through the die, a flexible band to which the resin extruding through the die is applied, and a calender roll or a flexible compression band disposed on a path conveying the resin applied to the flexible band to compress the air contact surface of the resin. The method manufactures the optical film by using the apparatus.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method of regenerating a catalyst using the oxidizability of NO 2 , a method of regenerating a catalyst, including the step of injecting NO or air into an oxidation catalyst to generate NO 2 , and a method of regenerating a catalyst, including the step of directly injecting NO or air into a regeneration catalyst, rather than an oxidation catalyst. Further, the present invention provides a useful method of regenerating a catalyst, in which the sintering of the catalyst can be prevented because the regeneration temperature is decreased, in which coke is burned, thus increasing the regeneration efficiency of the catalyst, thereby maintaining the activity of the catalyst, and in which the cost of maintaining the catalyst is low.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thin magnesium diaphragm with a built-in bobbin and a method for manufacturing the same in a simple fashion. The magnesium diaphragm of the present invention includes a semi-spherical dome made of a magnesium material, and a bobbin made of a magnesium material, formed integrally with the semi-spherical dome and extended into a cylindrical shape from an edge of the semi-spherical dome. The semi-spherical dome has a first thickness, and the bobbin has a second thickness thicker than the first thickness.
