Abstract:
一种协同控制氮氧化物(NO x )和含氯挥发性有机物(CVOCs)三叶草型催化剂的制备方法及其应用,该催化剂采用有机钒化合物为钒前驱体,钛白粉或钛钨粉为载体,利用"两步法"制备催化剂:具体地,第一步,利用机械球磨法制备得到粉体催化剂;第二步,采用挤出成型工艺制备三叶草型的结构化催化剂。所得催化剂适用于垃圾焚烧、钢铁烧结和有色冶炼等行业工业烟气的NO x 和CVOCs分别脱除,也适用于NO x 和CVOCs协同脱除。与现有商业催化剂相比,对商业钒基催化剂体系改动不大,但采用"两步法",所得催化剂不仅获得高脱硝率和CVOCs脱除效率,同时具有较高的机械强度和耐磨性能,是一种更利于工业化生产的脱硝协同脱除CVOCs的三叶草型催化剂制备技术。

A honeycomb catalyst with a plurality of flow through channels, wherein the honeycomb catalyst comprises a corrugated substrate and optionally a liner applied on the corrugated substrate, the substrate and the optional liner are composed of a non-woven fibrous material, such as glass fibres, with a first coat of a ceramic material and a washcoat layer applied on the first coat ceramic material, the washcoat containing one or more catalytically active metals and/or metal oxides, such as vanadium oxide, tunsten oxide, zeolitic material, platinum and/or palladium.

Method of preparing a monolithic SCR catalyst with a plu- rality of gas flow channels comprising the steps of (a) providing a monolithic shaped substrate with a plurali-5 ty of parallel gas flow channels; (b) coating the substrate with a washcoat slurry comprising titania; (c) drying and calcining the washcoat slurry; (d) impregnating the dried and calcined washcoat with an 10 aqueous impregnation solution comprising a precursor of a vanadium oxide; (e) drying the thus coated and impregnated washcoat at a drying rate of 5 mm/min or less along flow direction through the gas flow channels; and 15 (f) activating the dried, coated and impregnated washcoat by calcining.

A catalyst-containing ceramic dust filter for off-gas or exhaust gas cleaning is prepared by a method comprising the steps of making a water-based impregnation slurry, which comprises a catalytically effective amount of at least one catalytically active metal and an oxide support, to form a catalytically active metal oxide support, impregnating the filter substrate with the impregnation slurry, spraying from the inside to control the amount of liquor while leaving the outer few millimeters of the filter wall dry, and drying the impregnated filter. The impregnated filter is preferably dried by using microwave energy.

본 발명은 카본나노튜브에 잔류하는 금속을 진공 또는 불활성 분위기에서 제1온도로 염소 함유 화합물과 반응시켜 상기 잔류 금속을 염소화 하고, 상기 제1온도 보다 높은 온도의 제2온도에서 상기 염소화된 잔류 금속을 증발 및 제거하는 단계; 를 포함하는 카본나노튜브의 정제방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 정제방법은 염소화된 금속을 증발시키는 방법으로 카본나노튜브를 정제함으로써 카본나노튜브의 물리적 손상 및 형상의 변형이 없는 정제방법을 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명은 고성능 폴리옥소메탈레이트 촉매 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 바나듐의 함량 등을 조절하여 촉매의 활성 및 선택도가 향상되고, 재현성이 우수할 뿐 아니라, 고수율 및 장수명으로 불포화 알데히드로부터 불포화 카르복실산을 생산할 수 있는 고성능 폴리옥소메탈레이트 촉매 및 이의 제조방법 등을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
