    Abstract: Device for the continuous positioning of each blade of free flow hydraulic turbines at vertical axis with instant impact angular positions always optimal for any different stream speed. Two coplanar floating disks connected to a levers system controlled by three separated electrical stepper motors compose the device. On varying the water stream speed blades specific paths happens along the orbital path of rotating barrel. The blades are equidistant placed at the edge of rotating barrel, while the electrical stepper motors are fixed to the external frame of the hydraulic turbine.

    Abstract: Compact-combined solar-wind system for the production of electricity consisting of photovoltaic panels with high conversion efficiency and fast axial turbine fitted directly on the alternator. Panel cooling technology achieved by Ranque effect on the surface of the tower which acts as a vertical metallic paraboloid conduit through which the wind is conveyed which drives a fast axial turbine with fitted directly to the alternator. On the top of the machine of modest height (up to 80% less than traditional wind generator towers), a low-pressure zone is created which is able to retrieve winds at altitude and thus achieve considerable specific powers.

    Abstract: The endothermic rotary engine with external combustion chamber at variable volume subject of this invention has a piston with round section that rolls, without brushing, inside a cylinder of larger diameter and of equal length. The achievement of intake, compression, expansion and exhaust chambers is obtained by two cross mobile sliders of rectangular section that during the rotation slide on specific slots made on cylinder remaining in contact with the rotating piston. The cross mobile prisms movement obtained through a cinematic system located outside the cylinder and composed by an eccentric that moves two desmodromic tracks bound to the prisms.

    Abstract: Production process of liquid diethyl carbonate complex (DEC C 2 H 5 OCOOC 2 H 5 ) by means of reactor of catalytic synthesis in heterogeneous phase fed by ethyl ether (C 2 H 5 OC 2 H 5 ) (liquid) and carbon dioxide CO 2 (gas). The compound synthesis occurs in the vertical tubular reactor working under pressure between 15 bar and 55 bar and temperature range between 1150C and 2350C. The different several sectors, with circular ring shape, are piled up in the entry area of reactor. The catalyst is composed by potassium carbonate (K 2 CO 3 ) plus cobalt oxide (CoO) as reaction promoter and ethyl iodide (IC 2 H 5 ) as reaction activator. The support is made by an alumina plus zeolite type 3A sponge sector whose several active sites allow a high yield conversion to organic carbonate for each reagent passing through in recycle pushed by the centrifugal compressor at magnetic dragging.

    Abstract: Fertilization system for the marine phytoplankton directed towards a largest absorption of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) that is in the atmosphere of the interface air - water. The increasing of the photosynthetic activity and of the biologic cycle dynamic is obtained from the activator ions of the catalytic processes that compose the product mix.
