Abstract:
An electric wire which is easily identified and suppresses a decrease in the quality of a wire harness to be assembled, and a wire coloring apparatus. An electric wire (1) comprises a core (2) and a coated section (3) that coats the core (2). The outer surface (3a) of the coated section (3) has a first identifying section (4) and a mark (5). The first identifying section (4) lies over the whole periphery of the outer surface (3a) of the coated section (3) located at the central section (1a) of the wire (1) in the longitudinal direction. The first identifying section (4) is formed of the outer surface (3a) colored in a first color (G) different from the color (P) of a colorless synthetic resin which constitutes the coated section (3). The mark (5) lies in a colorless region (6) provided at each end (1b) of the wire (1). The colorless region (6) is formed by removing the colorless coated section (3). The mark (5) lies by keeping the colorless region (6) colored partially in a second color (H).

A method for the order receipt production of a wire and its order receipt production system which enable the suppression of a cost of products such as a wire harness and the conservation of resources. A wire order receipt production system 1 comprises an order receipt section 10, manufacture section 11, and coloring/cutting section 12. The order receipt section 10 receives an order from first and second wire order replacement sides 6, 7. The order receipt section 10 transmits first wire quantity data DT1 representing the length of a single-color wire to be manufactured to the manufacture section 11. The order receipt section 10 transmits second wire quantity data DT2 representing a length by the color of a wire to be manufactured to the coloring/cutting section 12. The manufacture section 11 manufactures a single-color wire on the basis of the first wire quantity data DT1 and transports it to the coloring/cutting section 12. The coloring/cutting section 12 colors the wires on the basis of the second wire quantity data DT2 and cuts them. The coloring/cutting section 12 ships the wires to first and second wire order replacement sides 6, 7.

A method for order receipt production of a wire harness and its order receipt production system which suppresses a decrease in the efficiency of producing a wire harness by suppressing a space necessary for a factory. A wire harness order receipt production system 1 comprises a wire harness assembly section 15, wire stock section 13, and component stock section 14. Upon an order from a wire harness order replacement side 38, the wire harness assembly section 15 outputs wire quantity data DT1 to the wire stock section 13. Upon an order from the wire harness order replacement side 38, the wire harness assembly section 15 outputs component quantity data DT2 to the component stock section 14. The wire stock section 13 transports an uncolored wire to the wire harness assembly section 15. The component stock section 14 transports uncolored components to the wire harness assembly section 15.
