Abstract: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft feste mindestens dreiphasige Wirkstoffzubereitungen, in denen zwei separate Phasen multipartikulär in eine kohärente wirkstoff- und antioxidansfreie Phase eingebettet sind und eine der eingebetteten Phasen mindestens einen oxidationsempfindlichen Wirkstoff und die Zweite mindestens ein Antioxidans enthält. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Wirkstoffzubereitungen und deren Verwendung in Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, Lebensmitteln, Futtermitteln, Körperpflegeprodukten und Arzneimitteln.
