The present invention relates to new insecticidal 4-Amino--thieno[2,3-d]-pyrimidine compounds and new methods of their use. The new 4-Amino--thieno[2,3-d]-pyrimidine derivatives have formula (I), wherein X, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and A are defined as in the description. The invention relates also to their enantiomer, diastereomer or agriculturally or veterinary acceptable salt thereof. The invention relates also to agricultural and veterinary compositions comprising such compounds. The invention relates further also to different insecticidal methods applying such compounds and compositions.
