The invention relates to a machine direction oriented multilayer facestock (100) of a label and a label, wherein the facestock (100) comprises a core layer (101) and a first skin layer(110). The core layer (101) comprises propylene homopolymer, low density polyethylene, hydrocarbon resin and styrene block copolymer. An indicator and method for showing an expiration of a predetermined, temperature-dependent time period, which indicator has a first element (1), containing a coating layer (4) and a second element (2) containing an activating layer (10). The indicator is activated while taken into use by placing the first (1) and second element (2) into contact with each other. Before the activation of the indicator in the coating layer (4) there is a visually distinctive colour zone (8) the colour of which changes after the activation of the indicator due to time and temperature effect.

The invention relates to a label laminate and a release liner of the label laminate. According to an embodiment release liner comprises a substrate comprising propylene block copolymer. The substrate may be oriented in a machine direction of the substrate. The substrate may have an elongation of the substrate in a machine direction of the substrate is less than 3% at a tension level between 200 and 1200 N/m. The substrate may have a ratio of 1% secant modulus in machine direction of the substrate to elongation in transverse direction of the substrate is between 2 and 15. A layer structured indicator to indicate a specified, predetermined temperature for a thermoactive substance, which substance is heated by subjecting it to the microwave radiation. There is a microwave absorbing layer (4, 4a, 4b) in the indicator, whose layer temperature will rise due to the microwave radiation effect and a thermosensitive layer (7), a colour of which at least partially changes, when the thermoactive substance has reached a predetermined temperature for it, which colour change in the thermosensitive layer (7) occurs as a result of a temperature rise in the microwave absorbing layer (4, 4a, 4b).
