    摘要: The present invention relates to a midsole fused to a spandex polyurethane coating cloth, and an apparatus and method for manufacturing the same, in which the spandex PU coating cloth can easily be fused to the surface of a midsole and the manufacturing method of a shoe midsole comprised of a process of fusing the spandex PU coating cloth to the surface of the midsole is carried out in a single automatic process to make the manufacture easier and more convenient. To this end, the present invention comprises: a central axis rotating by a driving force of a motor; a rotational disk connected and installed around the central axis, rotating together with the central axis; midsole forming molds respectively mounted on outer ends of supports that are extended radially from an outer circumference of the rotational disk; a spandex PU coating cloth feeding unit installed at an upper part of a rotation track, for feeding a spandex PU coating cloth to the mold; a vacuum means installed between the rotational disk and the mold, for making the interior of the mold a vacuum state to allow the spandex PU coating cloth to be adhered; a resin injection unit installed at the outside of the rotation track of the mold, for injecting a polyurethane resin into the mold; and a foamed molding ejection unit installed at the outside of the rotation track of the mold, for ejecting a foamed molding.
