The present descriptive report of the invention patent describes the shoe aligner equipment produced in various sizes and shapes, in metal, wood, plastic and/or any other synthetic and/or natural material preferably meant to help in shoe aligning at the moment they are being mounted, indicating position adjustments to be made between upper and shoe last, working from a data processing central unit which contains multilayer printed circuit boards with processor and report devices, being such data processing central unit connected with cables to a monitor and a video camera, which is disposed frontally the shoe lasting machine. The system refers to a shoe aligner equipment designed preferably to help in shoe alignment at the moment they are being mounted, indicating the position adjustments to be done between upper and shoe last, being comprised from a compartment (1) containing multilayer printed circuits boards with processor and report devices, being such compartment (1) is connected to a monitor (2) and a video camera (3), which is disposed frontally the shoe lasting machine, with cables (4), and a video camera support (5) in which it is fitted and/or fastened by screws and/or any other means.

The plant includes two conveyor belts (23, 24), in continuous closed cycles, one carrying the lasts (68) and the other one carrying the soles, the belts crossing each other at different points, the first belt over the second belt. In certain sectors of both belts (23, 24), loops are provided to adjust the size to drying or waiting times so that a same robot can carry out various operations. At the points where are carried out works on the shoe, the shoe support corresponding to the conveyor belts (23, 24) is stopped. In the process, a robot (27) places the inner soles on the last (68), the latter carrying, inside, a plurality of data, concerning the model and number, for the right foot and left foot, the sole and other data; another operator mounts the toes, the heels and the shanks, and rotates by 90 DEG the shoe support (23) for its introduction into the heat oven (31). Other robots are used respectively to emboss the shoe, card the upper, apply adhesive both to the sole and the shoe, and a last operator joins the sole to the shoe.

To this end, a "style" heightwise setting of the last support (10) is modified by a subsequent "size" setting, which is carried out in response to the measurement of the last length when the heel rest (26) is moved into engagement with the back seam region thereof. To facilitate these two settings, preferably a double-cylinder arrangement (66, 68, 68a; 76, 78) is provided for effecting heightwise movement of the last support (10). The setting of the last support (10) is especially suited for electronic control, using n.c. motors for varying the position of the various stop members (72, 80, 90).

In another version, furthermore, locking means is provided which is released upon a discrepancy arising, allowing the operator to adjust the heightwise position of the heel block (32), whereafter the locking means (50) is automatically reapplied.
