A fluid insulation assembly for use with a container that is configured to contain a fluid includes a barrier assembly configured to fluidly isolate a first fluid chamber within an interior of a container, wherein the first fluid chamber is configured to contain a fluid, and an actuation assembly configured to dispense fluid contained within the first fluid chamber. A method for insulating a fluid within a container and dispensing the fluid from the container includes fluidly isolating a first fluid chamber within an interior of a container and moving a barrier assembly disposed within the interior of the container in a first direction for dispensing fluid contained within the first fluid chamber.

An actively heated or cooled cup, mug, travel mug, baby bottle, beer mug, carafe or liquid container is provided. It can include a body that receives a liquid therein and a heating or cooling system at least partially disposed in the body. The heating or cooling system can include one or more heating or cooling elements that heat or cool a surface of the receiving portion of the body and one or more energy storage devices. A wireless power receiver can wirelessly receive power from a power source and control circuitry configured to charge one or more power storage elements and to control the delivery of electricity from the one or more power storage elements to the one or more heating or cooling elements. One or more sensors can sense a parameter of the liquid or sense a parameter of the heating or cooling system and communicates the sensed information to the control circuitry. The control circuitry can turn on, turn off, and/or operate the heating or cooling elements to actively heat or cool at least a portion of the body to maintain the liquid in a heated or cooled state generally at a user selected temperature setting based at least in part on the sensed parameter information. The actively heated or cooled cup, mug, travel mug, baby bottle, beer mug, carafe or liquid container can also be paired with a remote device or mobile electronic device to send or receive communications or commands.

A frozen beverage device to convert a liquid beverage into a semi-frozen or frozen form has inner and outer walls forming at least one refrigerant cavity containing a refrigerant material with a freezing point below the freezing point of the liquid, the refrigerant material occupying at least 60% of the volume of the refrigerant cavity. The walls of the device can be squeezed to accelerate the heat transfer from the liquid to the refrigerant material; and the device may be placed in a squeezing apparatus. Where the device is to be disposable, the device can be placed in a flexible sheath or outer container before being squeezed to protect the device and/or insulate the user from the refrigerant material. A freezing spoon or stirrer can be used to assist, or accelerate, the freezing process.

The present invention relates to a cooling utensil, which is a proof of freezing-crack and distortion. More particularly, an internal cavity of the utensil is fully filled the water to freeze in the freezer for cooling the serving food, such as a law fish, fruit, cold noodle or beer to feel fresh and tasty. For using the cooling bowl, the cooling cavity is filled the water or coolant for freezing. The cooling bowl is using for serving food. The cooling cavity is formed between the upper part and the lower part. The lower part is used a base to support the upper part. The upper part has same shape and size of the lower part for placing over the lower part. The elastic plate having flexibility and elastically restoring force is attached to the lower part, the upper part for assembling. Further, the cooling bowl having a cooling cavity is filled the water or coolant and freeze to use serving food. The lower part has built a dual wall to form a vacuum gap between the inner wall and the outer wall for insulation, so that the outer wall has no condensed water gained. The elastic tube (4k) having elastically restoring force is inserted through the water inlet (33). the plug bolt (5k) mounted at the mouth of the water inlet (33), for sealing the water filled cavity.
