Abstract:
The invention relates to a curtain wire fastening system onto a window frame comprising at both ends of the curtain wire an elongated mounting bracket fixed onto the window frame. One end of the mounting bracket is intended to be fastened behind the corresponding outer edge of the window frame and at the other end of the mounting bracket a fixing element is formed for fastening the end of the curtain wire.
Abstract:
A modular track system for hanging a curtain, the track system consisting of modules or sections with attachments and accessories designed to adjust to varying environments and specifications. Track shape and length are adjusted by specifying various combinations of the specialized components created as part of the system. Complementing the track system is a curtain with integrated loop fasteners which allows the curtain to be attached and removed without removing the track. The system further preferably includes a side support for use in attached the track to a fixed support in the environment, and a guiderail on the side of the track on one or more track sections, the track and curtain all being coordinated to form an efficient and improved curtain hanging system.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A compression mount assembly is provided for securing a window covering to a window frame by compression forces between vertical sides of the window frame on opposite sides of the window. A housing is coupled to the window covering and a slide translates linearly within a cavity in the housing away from the housing to abut the side of the window frame. A driver, such as a spring, is located between the slide and the housing to urge the slide away from the housing. A trigger is provided which holds the slide adjacent the housing, until the trigger is activated by pushing a button to release the slide from the housing and allow the slide to translate away from the housing. A fixed end cap is provided for an end of the window covering opposite the compression mount assembly and for abutting against an opposite side of the window frame.
Abstract:
A curtain suspension arrangement for hanging curtains flatly comprises one or more elongate hanger (14), each arranged to carry a flatly hanging curtain. The hangers have hooks (15, 16) at their both ends arranged to be put into curtain rod rings (12, 13) on a conventional curtain rod (11) so that the hangers will be slideable along the curtain rod. Each hanger (14) consists of a steel rod that has its ends bent to form said hooks (15, 16).
Abstract:
The present invention consists of a system for fixing a cloth, such as a tablecloth (12) to a table (14) or other flat surface, also permitting to apply to the same cloth decorative elements, in particular what is known in this technical field as "draperies" (13). This system is constituted by a fixed element (1) that is attachable to the table (14) or other surface, inside which the cloth (12) is inserted and then blocked by a mobile element (2) that fits into the fixed elements (1). The mobile element (2) has a strip of Velcro (5) on its outer side, so that other accessories, such as "draperies" (13) for tablecloths, may be applied.
Abstract:
A curtain rail assembly (10, 110) comprises a curtain rail (12, 112) having a hollow core (16, 116) formed from spirally wound wire and, within the core, an elongate flat strip (15, 115) of spring-steel resilient material. The assembly (10, 110) comprises end units (14, 114) connectable to the rail at any selected distance - between a predetermined minimum and a predetermined maximum - from its actual ends to provide for adjustment of the effective overall length of the rail assembly (10, 110). Mounting means (30, 130) for the curtain rail assembly comprise a body (32, 132) to be mounted on a support surface (e.g. ceiling, window frame, pelmet or the like), and a jaw (33, 133) extending from said body to engage or entrap a curtain rail (12, 112) presented thereto.
Abstract:
The invention features a curtain supporting device characterised in that the curtain (1) is hung beneath a spring (2), helically coiled and suitably guided by a supporting element, through holding means (3) set at every n turn.
Abstract:
A window covering fastener useful for securing the edge of window covering material, such as an arched shade. The fastener includes a clip that slides over the edge of the material and is secured by a pin inserted into the clip to pass through the material. A bracket of the fastener is installed on the structure of or surrounding a window. The bracket and clip engage one another
