Abstract:
一种协同控制氮氧化物(NO x )和含氯挥发性有机物(CVOCs)三叶草型催化剂的制备方法及其应用,该催化剂采用有机钒化合物为钒前驱体,钛白粉或钛钨粉为载体,利用"两步法"制备催化剂:具体地,第一步,利用机械球磨法制备得到粉体催化剂;第二步,采用挤出成型工艺制备三叶草型的结构化催化剂。所得催化剂适用于垃圾焚烧、钢铁烧结和有色冶炼等行业工业烟气的NO x 和CVOCs分别脱除,也适用于NO x 和CVOCs协同脱除。与现有商业催化剂相比,对商业钒基催化剂体系改动不大,但采用"两步法",所得催化剂不仅获得高脱硝率和CVOCs脱除效率,同时具有较高的机械强度和耐磨性能,是一种更利于工业化生产的脱硝协同脱除CVOCs的三叶草型催化剂制备技术。
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to methods of preparing sols of titanium dioxide nanoparticles that are photoactive, neutral, and in a substantially concentrated form. The methods particularly provide for concentrated sols in light of washing and dewatering under low cation concentrations and utilizing rapid peptizing through addition of the filter case to the peptizing agent. Concentrated acid may be utilized to maintain high TiO 2 concentration while still avoiding precipitation of the colloidal TiO 2 . Concentrated photoactive, neutral titanium dioxide sols are also provided as well as compositions thereof and photoactive coatings formed therewith.

A catalytic article for treating an exhaust gas stream containing one or more of NOx, hydrocarbons, CO, SOx and ammonia from a combustion turbine comprises (a) a substrate having an inlet end and an outlet end defining an axial length; (b) an oxidation layer comprising an oxidation catalyst comprising one or more noble metals, the oxidation layer being positioned on the substrate and covering the axial length of the substrate; and (c) an SCR layer comprising an SCR catalyst, the SCR layer being positioned on the oxidation layer and overlapping a portion of the oxidation layer, wherein the portion is less than 100%.

A catalyst-containing ceramic dust filter for off-gas or exhaust gas cleaning is prepared by a method comprising the steps of making a water-based impregnation slurry, which comprises a catalytically effective amount of at least one catalytically active metal and an oxide support, to form a catalytically active metal oxide support, impregnating the filter substrate with the impregnation slurry, spraying from the inside to control the amount of liquor while leaving the outer few millimeters of the filter wall dry, and drying the impregnated filter. The impregnated filter is preferably dried by using microwave energy.

本发明属于氮氧化物污染控制领域,涉及一种低温高效脱硝催化剂及其制备方法。包含如下步骤:(1)配置硝酸铈水溶液;(2)将介孔氧化硅材料SBA-15浸渍于步骤(1)所得的溶液中,搅拌后,过滤、洗涤、干燥;(3)将步骤(2)制得的材料煅烧,得到均匀分散的CeO 2 -SBA-15材料;(4)配置硝酸锰乙醇溶液;(5)将步骤(3)所得的CeO 2 -SBA-15材料浸渍于步骤(4)所得的硝酸锰乙醇溶液中,然后挥发掉乙醇,并洗涤、干燥;(6)将步骤(5)制得的材料煅烧,得到均匀分散的Mn x O y /CeO 2 -SBA-15脱硝催化剂。该制备方法的工艺简单,成本较低,制得的催化剂Mn x O y /CeO2-SBA-15孔道均一有序、比表面积大,孔径分布窄,催化组分分散性好,催化活性高,低温段脱硝效果较好,可利用的脱硝温度范围较宽。
