摘要： Nach diesem Verfahren wird a) ein Formkörper (4) in einem Tauchverfahren in ein flüssiges synthetisches Polyisopren (IR) (synthetischer Latex) eingetaucht, wobei der Formkörper (4) zuvor mit Koagulationsmitteln (Gerinnungsmitteln) oder thermisch behandelt wurde, b) nach dem Austauchen wird die synthetische Polyisopren-Schicht auf dem Formkörper (4) belassen und mit Wasser von allen Salzen befreit, c)hernach wird die synthetische Polyisopren-Schicht mitsamt dem Formkörper (4) in einem Ofen vulkanisiert, d) die synthetische Polyisopren-Schicht wird vom Formkörper (4) abgezogen, e) die durch die Vulkanisation ausgeschiedenen Salze am synthetischen Polyisopren- Formstück (11) werden mit Wasser und einer chlorhaltigen Lösung abgewaschen, f) das synthetische Polyisopren-Formstück (11) wird zur Neutralisierung seines pH- Wertes und zur Erhöhung seiner Geschmeidigkeit in Kontakt mit Körperhaut mit einer Halogenierlösung halogeniert, g) das synthetische Polyisopren-Formstück (11) wird getrocknet. Die so hergestellten Elektro-Schutzhandschuhe sind viel komfortabler zu tragen, bieten einen besseren Isolationsschutz, selbst bei dünnerer Wandstärke, und sie sind langlebiger.
