본 발명은 무기접착 조성물 및 기밀 밀봉 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 유기 용제가 사용되지 않은 무기접착 조성물 및 이를 이용한 기밀 밀봉 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 물유리(Na 2 SiO 2 )를 60 ~ 90 중량부 포함하는 물유리 희석액 20 ~ 80 중량부; 내화성 무기 충진제 20 ~ 80 중량부; 및 블랙 색소(pigment)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기접착 조성물을 제공한다.
Abstract:
The invention is directed to highly crystalline, frit sintered glass ceramic compositions having a coefficient of thermal expansion in the range of 85 115 x 10 -7 °C. The primary crystal phases of the glass ceramics of the invention possess a cyclosilicate structure. The glass ceramic of the invention are useful as metal to metal, metal to ceramic and ceramic to ceramic sealing agents, and also as high performance coating for metals and ceramics. In their broadest composition the glass ceramic contain, in weight percent, 30-55% SiO 2 , 5-40% CaO, 0-50% BaO, 0.1-10% Al 2 O 3 , and 0 40% SrO, wherein the sum of CaO + BaO + SrO is in the range of 35-65 wt. %. Optionally, the glass ceramic compositions may contain at least one from the group of >0 15 wt. % MgO and >0 10 wt. % ZnO. Also optionally, the glass ceramic compositions may contain >0 10 wt. % of at least one transition metal or rare earth metal oxide.

The present invention relates to glassy inorganic films, characterized by a high chemical stability and a high adhesion, containing, among the others, titanium dioxide, employable to coat metal surfaces characterized by the presence of oxides, particularly stainless steel sheets. The coated structures obtained thereby, which are the second object of the present invention, are used to build many articles such as pipes, reactors, exchangers, containers, and so on. With reference to the peculiar case of stainless steel structures coated by the above film, these ones can be used in the food industry since that film coated article shows specific and very high photobactericide properties.

Um eine Emailbeschichtung für einen Körper zu schaffen, die eine gut antimikrobielle Wirkung aufweist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass eine antimikrobiell wirkende Oberfläche der Emailbeschichtung durch eine wirksame Grenzfläche einer silberhaltigen Emailschicht gebildet ist und dass in der Emailschicht an der wirksamen Grenzfläche silberumfassende Partikel mit einer mittleren Größe von kleiner 500 nm vorliegen.

Glassy coatings that isolate metal surfaces from carbon particles, and a method of applying the coatings. The coatings composed of essentially K2O, SiO2, and Al2O3, and has a CTE of at least 80 x 10 / DEG C. These glassy coatings, which adhere well to metals, employ a potassium-silicate glass composition in three forms: a pure glass, a glass loaded with inert filler having a CTE higher than the glass itself, and a precursor frit that when "reactive-cerammed" produces a predominantly leucite crystalline phase and forms the glassy coating in-situ on the metal surface, creating a protective layer between the exposed metal surface and corrosive chemical-processing environments.

본 발명은 법랑 코팅층이 형성된 세라믹 코팅 가열조리기구에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 철 소재의 가열조리기구에 법랑 코팅층을 형성시키고 그 외면에 세라믹 코팅층을 형성시킴으로써, 철 소재를 사용함에 따른 IH 기능의 향상과 이에 따른 조리 및 취사시간의 단축효과, 그리고 조리기구의 강도, 작업성, 저렴한 가격으로 인한 원가절감 및 재사용이 가능한 효과와, 법랑 코팅층을 사용함에 따른 원적외선 방사 기능의 구현 및 이에 따른 조리대상의 맛(예를 들어, 밥솥의 경우 밥맛)과 보관기간의 향상효과를 구현하면서도 난스틱 특성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는, 법랑 코팅층이 형성된 세라믹 코팅 가열조리기구에 관한 것이다.
