L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une étiquette électronique 5 comprenant un chip (1) muni de deux plages de contact (2, 3) sur lesquelles on soude un fil conducteur (4) en une seule opération. La portion de fil conducteur (4) formant antenne est ensuite coupée entre les deux plages de contact (2, 3) du chip électronique (1). L'ensemble chip antenne ainsi réalisé peut ensuite être encapsulé entre deux feuilles d'un matériau fibreux ou plastique.

Disclosed is a device and process for producing a coil arrangement (21), with a matrix support (11), a winding matrix (12) to hold the wound wire and at least two holding devices (13, 14) on the matrix support (11) to hold the end regions (26, 27) of the winding wire, the winding matrix (12) having a common axis of rotation (23) with the matrix support (11), and the holding devices (13, 14) being arranged at the peripheral edge of the matrix support in such a way that the winding wire, played out by a wire guide (24) over the peripheral edge in the direction of the axis of rotation, is passed through the holding devices and held in them.

To prevent breakage of the segment of an enameled wire that extends between a pin and a winding groove on an insulating stator base, a tension servo of an automatic wire-winding machine in controlled to first wind the enameled wire tightly around the pin of the insulating stator base and then to loosely wind the enameled wire around the pin to form at least one loose winding with a gap between the enameled wire and the pin. The enameled wire is then drawn into the winding groove of the stator base and tightly wound around the stator core within the winding groove. Optionally at least one first loose winding with a gap between the enameled wire and a bottom of the winding groove may initially be formed before tightly winding additional windings within the winding groove.

The invention relates to a novel inductor, comprising a mounted inner core, electrodes and an outer encasing layer, wherein the mounted inner core comprises an enameled coil and a core shaft, and the mounted inner core and the electrodes are buried into the centre of the outer encasing layer. The novel inductor has the advantages that manufacturability and performances of the inductor can be improved.

The present invention relates to a method for assembling and fabricating a Balun transformer in which a consumption of materials is decreased, an assembling time is significantly decreased, and a soldering property on a PCB substrate is excellent. In the present invention, a consumption of material is decreased, and an assembling time is significantly decreased. The soldering property of a PCB substrate is excellent.
