摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung eines oder mehrerer Olefine, bei dem ein Methan und Sauerstoff enthaltendes Einsatzgemisch (1) einer oder mehreren katalytischen Zonen (11) eines oder mehrerer Reaktoren (10) zugeführt werden, wobei die eine oder die mehreren katalytischen Zonen (11) einen Katalysator zur oxidativen Kopplung von Methan aufweisen, wobei der einen oder den mehreren katalytischen Zonen (11) ein Gasgemisch entnommen wird und zumindest teilweise in eine oder mehrere nichtkatalytische Zonen (12) des einen oder der mehreren Reaktoren (10) überführt wird, wobei in die eine oder die mehrere nichtkatalytischen Zonen (12) ein oder mehrere Paraffine eingespeist werden, und wobei das eine oder die mehreren in die eine oder in die mehreren nichtkatalytischen Zonen (12) eingespeisten Paraffine in der einen oder in den mehreren nichtkatalytischen Zonen (12) teilweise durch eine Dampfspaltreaktion zu einem oder mehreren Olefinen umgesetzt werden. Es ist vorgesehen, dass das eine oder die mehreren Paraffine an einer oder an mehreren von mehreren unterschiedlichen Einspeisepositionen (13a, 13b, 13c), die während der Durchführung des Verfahrens in Abhängigkeit von einer vorgegebenen Konversion des einen oder der mehreren Paraffine ausgewählt wird oder werden, in die eine oder die mehreren nichtkatalytischen Zonen (12) eingespeist werden. Eine entsprechende Anlage (100) ist ebenfalls Gegenstand der Erfindung.

In a particular non-limiting embodiment, a method can include increasing the temperature of a hydrocarbon feedstream and a hydrogen gas feedstream via a first heat exchanger; combining and feeding the feedstreams into a reactor to produce a reactor effluent including one or more olefins; expanding the reactor effluent in a reactor effluent expander to decrease the pressure and/or temperature of the reactor effluent; transferring the reactor effluent to the heat exchanger to increase the temperature of the feedstreams and/or decrease the temperature of the reactor effluent; and compressing the reactor effluent in a compressor, where the expansion of the reactor effluent drives the compressor.

摘要: A process for recovering a steam cracking feed from FCC absorber off-gas comprising ethylene, ethane and heavier hydrocarbons and light gases involves removing hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur species, carbon monoxide/dioxide, methane and other impurities from the off-gas. An absorption zone is upstream of an acetylene selective hydrotreating reactor to remove sufficient hydrogen sulfide that can poison the selective hydrotreating catalyst but leave sufficient sulfur in the feed stream to prevent temperature runaway.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for oxidative coupling of methane (OCM, 100) comprising the steps of feeding methane (104) and at least one oxidizing agent (103), preferably oxygen, into at least one OCM reactor (101) comprising at least one OCM catalyst, wherein C 2+ alkene is generated from methane by the OCM catalyst; wherein at least part of the methane (104) is provided by at least one methanation unit (111), in which hydrogen and carbon dioxide are reacted to methane, wherein at least part of the hydrogen fed to the methanation unit (111) is provided from a hydrogen stream (211) generated in a propane dehydrogenation process (200), and/or wherein ethane (105) is fed into the at least one OCM reactor (101) comprising further at least one cracking unit, wherein C 2+ alkene is generated from ethane in the cracking unit, wherein at least part of the ethane (105) is provided from ethane (213) generated in a propane dehydrogenation process (200). The invention also relates to a process system for such a process.

摘要: The invention relates to an integrated process for the production of ethylene and vinyl acetate (VAM), comprising contacting in a first reaction zone a gas stream comprising ethane and optionally ethylene with an oxygen- containing gas stream in the presence of a dehydrogenation catalyst under oxidative dehydrogenation conditions to produce a first product stream comprising ethane, ethylene, acetic acid and water, and optionally other compounds, separating said first product stream in a first separation zone into a second stream comprising acetic acid and optionally water and a third stream comprising ethane, ethylene and optionally water, optionally concentrating the second stream comprising acetic acid, optionally dewatering said third stream in a dewatering zone to produce a dewatered fourth stream comprising ethane and ethylene, contacting in a second reaction zone said third stream or said dewatered fourth stream comprising ethane and ethylene with a stream comprising concentrated acetic acid and with an oxygen-containing gas stream in the presence of a VAM catalyst, to produce a fifth product stream comprising vinyl acetate, water, ethane, ethylene, and optionally other compounds, and recovering vinyl acetate and ethylene from said fifth product stream, wherein all or at least a portion of the second stream comprising acetic acid is used to recover vinyl acetate from the fifth product stream. The invention further relates to a reaction system for carrying out the process.
