The present invention refers to a formulation suitable for the manufacture of a pressure sensitive adhesive, said formulation comprising: a) 40-95 wt% of polyalkylene carbonate having a number average molecular weight higher than 17.000 Da; b) 5-60 wt% of a polyether carbonate polyol having CO 2 groups randomly incorporated in the chemical structure thereof, wherein the content of CO 2 ranges from 0,5 to 40 wt%, based on the total weight of the polyether carbonate polyol; and c) optionally, less than 30 wt% of a tackifying resin, provided that said formulation does not contain any reticulating agent.

본 발명은 폴리알킬렌 카보네이트를 포함하는 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 자가 점착성 필름에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 자가 점착성 필름은 각종 소재의 피착재에 대하여 우수한 점착 강도를 나타낼 수 있으면서도, 반복 사용시 피착재의 표면에 잔사를 남기지 않으며, 특히, 온도 및 습도 조건의 변화에 따른 점착 강도의 변화율이 낮아 다양한 환경에서 보다 안정적인 점착 특성을 나타낼 수 있다. 또한, 상기 자가 점착성 필름은 점착 강도가 보다 넓은 범위에서 쉽게 조절될 수 있어, 유리, 금속 또는 플라스틱 등 다양한 소재의 피착재에 대한 표면 보호용 필름으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

The adhesive can include a polycarbonate copolymer that includes reacted resorcinol, siloxane, and bisphenol-A. Another embodiment relates to an article having a first polyimide substrate, a second polyimide substrate, and an adhesive bonded between the first substrate and the second substrate. The article can have a 2 minute integrated heat release rate of less than or equal to 65 kilowatt-minutes per square meter (kW-min/m2) and a peak heat release rate of less than 65 kilowatts per square meter (kW/m2) as measured using the method of FAR F25.4, in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation FAR 25.853(d).
