본 발명은 내열성 및 내습성이 우수한 전도성 접착 필름으로서, 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리아미드 수지 100 중량부; 전도성 금속 100 내지 400 중량부; 실록산 화합물 0.1 내지 5 중량부;를 포함하는 전도성 접착제 조성물로 이루어진 접착층이 기재의 표면에 적층되어 접착 필름의 내열성을 향상시키며 실록산 화합물과의 경화 작용이 용이하여 내습성이 향상되되 상기 내열성 및 내습성에 대한 장기 신뢰성이 향상된 접착 필름에 관한 것이다.

The present disclosure generally relates to adhesive compositions and articles including at least one of polydiorganosiloxane polyoxamide copolymer and/or silicone polyurea block copolymer and a silicate tackifying resin. Some embodiments of the adhesive composition include at least one of a polydiorganosiloxane polyoxamide copolymer and a silicate tackifying resin in an amount of between about 0.1 wt% and about 20 wt%; or a silicone polyurea block copolymer and a silicate tackifying resin in an amount of between about 0.1 wt% and about 30 wt%.

A system (10) for dispensing hot melt adhesives, comprising an adhesive dispenser (78) including a fluid passage (100) leading to an outlet (102). The system further comprises a supply conduit (72) fluidly connected to the fluid passage (100) and a feeding mechanism (46) configured to feed an elongate, flexible element of solid adhesive (12) into the supply conduit. The system further comprises a first heating element (82) positioned along at least a portion of the supply conduit (72) to melt a portion of the elongate, flexible element being fed into the supply conduit and thereby form a supply of liquid adhesive within the supply conduit.

The invention relates to a method and to a device for establishing a thread connection by means of joining, wherein at least two ends (1) of at least two interconnectable threads (F) are arranged in overlapping manner in a chamber (3.1) of a device (3), wherein the chamber (3.1) is supplied with compressed air so as to create a form-fitting connection between the threads (F). According to the invention, a pulverulent adhesive is added to the compressed air and supplied to the chamber (3.1), together with the compressed air, to establish an additional integral connection between the threads (F) at least in the region of the form-fitting connection which has been created. The invention also relates to an adhesive for establishing such a thread connection.

A thermohardenable structural adhesive material that upon curing has an elongation at break of at least 10% and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 80°C or higher and is useful as a structural adhesive in automobiles to reduce the deformation of bonds particularly during accidents, the adhesive is dry to the touch at ambient temperature and can be melt processed at temperature below that at which thermohardening occurs. The adhesives are useful in applications requiring a combination of high strain to failure, glass transition temperature more than 80°C, high stiffness and high strength. This combination is of particular interest in the aerospace and automotive industries.

A water-soluble pressure sensitive adhesive comprises a homogeneous blend comprising (a) a polymer selected from the group consisting of N-vinyl caprolactam homopolymers, N-vinyl pyrrolidone copolymers, and mixtures thereof and (b) a non-volatile plasticizer comprising a monohydric or polyhydric alcohol having hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of about 2 to about 10. The N-vinyl pyrrolidone copolymers comprise about 60% or less by weight N-vinyl pyrrolidone.
