    Abstract: Described herein is a method for producing a chimeric non-human animal expressing a human a MYF5, MYOD, MRF4 gene or a combination thereof gene comprising: a) generating an MYF5, MYOD, MRF4 or combination thereof null non-human animal cell, wherein both copies of the non-human MYF5, MYOD, MRF4 gene or combination thereof carry a mutation that prevents production of functional MYF5, MYOD, MRF4 protein or combination thereof in said non-human animal; b) creating a MYF5, MYOD, MRF4 or combination thereof null non-human blastocyst by somatic cell nuclear transfer comprising fusing a nucleus from said MYF5, MYOD, MRF4 or combination thereof null non-human animal cell of a) into an enucleated non-human oocyte and activating said oocyte to divide so as to form an MYF5, MYOD, MRF4 or combination thereof null non-human blastocyst; c) introducing human stem cells into the MYF5, MYOD, MRF4 or combination null non-human blastocyst of b); and d) implanting said blastocyst from c) into a pseudopregnant surrogate non-human animal to generate a chimeric non-human animal expressing human MYF5, MYOD, MRF4 or combination thereof.

    Abstract: Procesado y uso de fluidos del tracto reproductivo (biofluidos) para mejorar la producción in vitro de embriones de mamífero que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) fraccionamiento y procesado de los biofluidos mediante un tratamiento de selección, purificación, liofilización y su posterior almacenamiento; b) método de capacitación espermática en un medio de cultivo suplementado con biofluidos;c) fecundación in vitro en un medio enriquecido con biofluidos y d) posterior cultivo embrionario con desarrollo in vitro de los embriones obtenidos hasta cualquier fase del desarrollo preimplantacional en medios suplementados con biofluidos.

The media comprise an insulin receptor agonist, an oestrogen receptor agonist, and a progesterone receptor agonist.     Abstract: Methods and systems for physically separating helper embryos from desired embryos in a group culturing technique in order to maintain the pedigree and genetic information of the desired embryos from different species, including cattle and human, and to provide the developmental benefits of group culturing. The separation of the groups of embryos can be the result of embedding one group of embryos in a gel or solid, or the groups can be physically separated by a membrane or other structure.
