Abstract:
A pre-processing and fulfillment system and method are described. In some implementations, the method may include receiving an order containing a retail component and a pharmacy component, processing the order for the pharmacy component and the retail component, and generating a tracking token identifying the order and authorizing a party to receive a component of the order. The method may include transmitting fulfillment instructions to a fulfillment system based on processed information for the order, and transmitting the tracking token to a computing device of the authorized party. Some implementations may also include receiving a signal indicating receipt of the tracking token and an authorized transfer of the component, and updating a status of the order based on the received signal.
Abstract:
A method includes storing at least three mutually different transit terminal transaction protocols in a server computer. A first request is received from a mobile device, in response to the request, a first one of the transit terminal transaction protocols is downloaded from the server computer to the mobile device. A second request is received from the mobile device. In response to the second request, a second one of the transit terminal transaction protocols is downloaded from the server computer to the mobile device.
Abstract:
System of the present disclosure enables execution of assured financial transactions, and comprises a user registration module configured to retrieve actual available balance of users' bank account; an assured receivables module configured to receive one or more future assured receivables for said bank account, each of said one or more future assured receivables indicating an assured irrevocable amount that would be credited to the bank account at a defined future receivables date; an assured payables module configured to receive, from said user, one or more assured future payables to be processed, each of said one or more future assured payables indicating an assured irrevocable amount that would be debited at a defined future payables date; and an assuredpay balance computation module configured to compute an assured balance based on said actual available balance in the bank account, said one or more assured receivables, and said one or more assured payables.
Abstract:
A system and method to allow the virtual equivalent tendering of cash using a push model, so that a user may pay a transaction through an electronic prepaid, credit and/or debit accounts' mechanism, when paying for goods and services. In effect, the system replicates the tendering of a cash transaction (through a push rather than a pull model), providing vendors and customers with an easy to interface approach.
Abstract:
A commodity purchase system is disclosed that allows a consumer to pre-purchase a commodity at a discounted price without taking delivery at the time of the purchase. The discount takes into account the unit regional wholesale gasoline price for the region at the time of purchase as well as local taxes and local fees which can vary in different locales. In this way, a wholesaler can offer a commodity purchase card with or without a discount that can be used in all regions of a geographical area, such as the US, even though the local taxes, local fees and the regional unit gasoline price varies. In particular, the system determines the location of the user by way of a Point of Sale (POS) terminal. Once the location of the user is known, the system determines a discounted wholesale unit gasoline price. This can be done by determining the retail undiscounted per unit price at the time of purchase and subtracting from it the regional wholesale unit price which determines the quantity (local taxes + local fees) or alternatively subtracting the local taxes to determine the local fees. Either way, the discounted retail price is determined by adding the local taxes and local fees to the discounted wholesale price at the time of purchase. Once the total unit price for the location is determined, the system checks the user's current cash balance and enables the POS pump for a number of gallons as a function of the current cash balance. The commodity purchase system allows a purchaser to purchase a commodity that is attractive to wholesalers without any geographical constraints.
Abstract:
Methods and systems for top-up are provided. A representative telecommunication messaging and real-time replenishment (TMRTR) system includes a user interface that receives a user input and transmits the user input that includes chat message and a recipient phone number associated with a phone user's account: and a real-time replenishment (RTR) gateway that receives and transmits chat messages and the phone number from the user interface and requests for a telephone service company associated with the phone number to a home location register (HLR) look up service. The RTR gateway tops up phone minutes and/or balance of money of the phone user's account associated with the phone number based on the phone number of the received user input, and the determined telephone service company from the HLR look up service.

Abstract:
Provided is a process of classifying ambient signals to reduce fraudulent use of information, the process including: receiving, with the mobile computing device, from a remote server, balance-access information by which a stored value card balance can be spent at a point of sale terminal; storing, with the mobile computing device, the balance-access information; sensing, with one or more sensors of a mobile computing device, ambient signals; classifying the ambient signals as indicating the user is in a retail establishment; and in response to the classification, displaying, on a display screen of the mobile computing device, the balance-access information, such that the balance-access information can be input to a point-of-sale terminal.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for managing payment network transactions to a group account associated with a group are disclosed. One example system includes a memory including a data structure. The data structure includes transaction data representing multiple payment network transactions to the group account. Each of the multiple transactions is identified, in the transaction data, to one of multiple members of the group. The system includes a processor coupled to the memory and configured to cause a member interface to be displayed at a computing device associated with a first member of the group. The member interface includes a first indicator associated with the first member and representative of transactions identified to the first member, and the member interface includes a second indicator associated with a second member of the group and representative of one or more transactions identified to the second member.
Abstract:
A voucher processor (122) receives (204) a plurality of voucher identifiers from a voucher provider (132) and, for each voucher identifier, instructs (208) the issuing of payment credentials of a payment instrument from an issuer processor (123). The issuer processor (123) or the voucher processor (122) links (210) each voucher identifier to payment credentials of a corresponding payment instrument. The voucher processor (122) or issuer processor (123) submits the plurality of voucher identifiers to the voucher provider (132) along with the linked payment credentials for each voucher identifier, such that, subsequent to a voucher being activated (408), the voucher provider is capable of initiating (424) a transfer of funds associated with the voucher in favour of the voucher provider (132) by transmitting the payment credentials linked to the voucher identifier for receipt by the issuer processor (123). The issuer processor (123) may receive the payment credentials via an acquiring bank (138) and a payment processor (124) in an open-loop manner.
