전도성 고분자 중합체, 전도성 고분자 조성물, 전도성 고분자 조성물막 및 이를 이용한 유기광전소자에 관한 것으로, 상기 전도성 고분자 중합체는 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 제공한다. 상기 화학식 1의 정의는 명세서에 기재된 바와 같다. 상기 전도성 고분자 중합체를 이용하면, 발광 효율 및 수명 특성이 우수한 유기광전소자의 구현이 가능하다.

Изобретение относится к электролюминесцентным материалам, содержащим органическое люминесцентное вещество. Предлагается новый электролюминесцентный материал, состоящий из электронного инжектирующегося слоя, активного люминесцентного слоя на основе люминесцентного вещества дырочно-транспортного слоя и дырочного инжектирующего слоя. В качестве люминесцентного вещества материал содержит металлокомплексы сульфаниламинопроизводных хинолина. Предложенный электролюминесцентный материал обладает повышенным временным ресурсом, обусловленным повышенной устойчивостью активного люминесцентного слоя к кристаллизации и гидролизу и повышенной термоустойчивостью дырочно-транспортного слоя.

An OLED device comprises a cathode, an anode, a light-emitting layer, and, between the cathode and the light emitting layer, a non-emitting layer containing a metal complex of "n" bidentate ligands having Formula (1): [insert structure here] wherein: M represents Ga, Al, Be, or Mg; n is 3 in the case of Ga or Al and 2 in the case of Be or Mg; and each Za and each Zb is independently selected and each represents the atoms necessary to complete an unsaturated ring; Za and Zb are directly bonded to one another provided Za and Zb may be further linked together to form a fused ring system; provided that the light emitting layer is substantially free of said metal complex present in the non-emitting layer. Such a device exhibits improved luminous efficiency.

An OLED device comprises an anode, a light emitting layer, a first layer, a second layer contiguous to the first layer, and a cathode, in that order. The first layer includes a first complex comprising gallium or another group 13 metal and the second layer includes a second complex also comprising gallium and wherein the second complex has a more negative LUMO than the first complex. Such materials can provide an improvement in one or more of luminance, drive voltage, and stability.

An organic light-emitting device contains a cathode, an anode, and having located there-between a light-emitting layer, comprising: a) a host material including an organometallic compound represented by Formula (1): wherein: R 1 through R 6 each independently represent hydrogen or a substituent group, and L represents a substituent; and b) at least one phosphorescent light-emitting compound, with a triplet energy less than or equal to the triplet energy of the host material. The device provides an improved combination of low voltage and luminance efficiency.
