Abstract: A product packaging that exhibits good linear tear behavior. The product packaging being a multi-layer film having an inner layer made from a blend of ethylene copolymer and between ethylene/ vinyl acetate copolymer. The inner layer of the multi-layer film being a substantial proportion of the thickness of the multi-layer film. The multi-layer film having linear tear behavior even when a force is applied at an angle offset from the tear direction.

Abstract: Multilayer oriented shrink films include a base layer and at least one skin layer on at least one side of the base layer. The at least one skin layer includes at least one amorphous styrene-butadiene block copolymer or at least one amorphous cyclic olefin copolymer. The base layer has a thickness greater than the at least one skin layer and includes a blend of: (a) at least one styrene block copolymer selected from the group consisting of styrene-ethylene/butene-styrene triblock copolymers, styrene-ethylene/propylene-styrene triblock copolymers, styrene-ethylene/butene diblock copolymers and styrene-ethylene-propylene diblock copolymers and combinations thereof; and (b) at least one propylene polymer selected from the group consisting of polypropylene terpolymers with ethylene and butene-1, propylene ethylene copolymers, propylene butene-1 copolymers and combinations thereof.

Abstract: The invention relates to a self-adhesive label comprising a bilayer comprising at least one layer of paper coupled to at least one polymeric film, wherein the polymeric film is coated, on the surface opposite to the surface of coupling to the at least one paper layer, with a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA), wherein the adhesive can have "wash-off" properties such as to cause a label to peel off from a surface by washing with a 1.0%-2.0% NaOH solution at 65-75°C according to the FTM26 method, or according to the QT 500 or QT 508 protocols, published by EPBP; or the adhesive has a force lower than the shrink force of the polymeric film. The label also comprises an intermediate layer placed between the polymeric film and the PSA adhesive, capable of promoting the adhesion of the PSA adhesive to the polymeric film, and/or the polymeric film is treated with a corona treatment, a flame treatment or a plasma treatment, on the surface opposite to the surface of coupling to the at least one paper layer.

Abstract: Provided is a heat-resistant shrinkable adhesive film capable of reducing or preventing defects such as shrinkage when exposed to a high temperature even when bonded in a highly stretched state. A heat-resistant shrinkable adhesive film according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes (A) an acid functional group-containing (meth)acrylic polymer having a glass transition temperature of about 25°C or lower, and (B) an acid or base functional group-containing (meth)acrylic polymer having a glass transition temperature of about 50°C or higher, the mixing ratio of the component (A) being larger than the mixing ratio of the component (B), and the adhesive film including an adhesive layer with a crosslinked structure derived from a metal coordination bond crosslinking agent and can be stretched to an area magnification of 4 times or more
