摘要: A nonwoven fabric structure for absorbent articles comprising a first layer, a second layer and superabsorbent particles, said first layer comprising endless filaments, - which comprise at least a first polymeric material (A) and a second polymeric material (B) having its melting point lower than the first polymeric material (A), - wherein the second polymeric material (B) extends in the longitudinal direction of the filament and forms at least a part of the surface of the filament and - the first layer contains filament-to-filament bonds formed of the second polymeric material (B), - void volume between the filaments of the first layer forms at least 65% of the volume of the first layer, the second layer comprising endless filaments, wherein the superabsorbent particles are arranged at least between the first layer and the second layer and within some of the voids of the first layer and/or the second layer.

摘要: The present invention relates to a hot melt adhesive composition comprising: at least one styrene block copolymer; at least one bio-based tackifier resin; and optionally at least one plasticizer chosen from: an esterified fatty acid; and a stand oil; wherein the hot melt adhesive composition has a glass transition temperature higher than 0°C. The present invention further relates to the use of said hot-melt adhesive composition for bonding two substrates and to an article comprising said hot-melt adhesive composition.

摘要: The present disclosure features a composite fabric, including a nonwoven layer including polymeric fibers and/or filaments; a crosslinked cellulose layer including crosslinked cellulose fibers; wherein the crosslinked cellulose layer is positioned opposed to the nonwoven layer (e.g., without an intervening layer different from the crosslinked cellulose layer and the nonwoven layer; in some embodiments, the crosslinked cellulose layer is immediately adjacent to the nonwoven layer); and an interfacial region between the nonwoven layer and the crosslinked cellulose layer, the interfacial region including physically entangled polymeric fibers and/or filaments from the nonwoven layer and crosslinked cellulose fibers from the crosslinked cellulose layer. The nonwoven layer and the crosslinked cellulose layer of the composite fabric are mechanically inseparable in a dry state.

摘要: The present invention relates to a composite comprising a nonwoven fabric being the substrate of the composite, wherein the nonwoven fabric comprises a polymer (A) selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate and polyamide; and a coating layer, wherein the coating layer comprises a polymer (B), wherein said polymer is an ethylene copolymer, preferably a polar ethylene copolymer; whereby the coating layer overlays at least one surface of the nonwoven fabric; and whereby the composite has a water vapor transmission rate (WTVR) according to ASTM E-96 ((water cup method) at 38°C at 50 % RH at the outside of the sample and 100% RH at the inside of the samples) of more than 50 g/[m2/24h], preferably of more than 100 g/[m2/24h].

摘要: A fibrous layer, wherein surface of the fibres has surface energy below 50 mN/m, characterised in that the calculated strike through time coefficient (cSTT) of the fibrous layer is below 20 and the fibrous layer is bonded in its entire volume at fibre to fibre contact bonding points, wherein wherein the specific fibre surface is the surface area of the fibres in m2 per 1 m2 of the fibrous layer, basis weight is the weight of the layer in kg per 1 m2 of the fibrous layer, the specific void volume is the volume of empty spaces between the fibres in m3 per 1 m2 of the fibrous layer.
