Abstract:
Abstract:
The current invention may be to provide a modular luggage system having an at least one modular bag that may be configured to be secured to a cart configured to be fully-collapsible. In this embodiment, the collapsible adjustable cart may be configured in a nested configuration such that it may be a unibody structure that may be easily collapsed and stored, preferably in one or more modular bags. In this embodiment, the cart may further include a plurality of telescoping arms coupled to a base support as well as a plurality of extendable wheels secured to the base support through at least one wheel coupler. The adjustable support surface may be expandable through the use of one or more collapsible surfaces such that it may better accommodate one or more modular bags. The invention may also provide a belt-mounted stair guide mechanism to assist a user maneuver an adjustable cart up stairs, or other irregular elevated surfaces.
Abstract:
A system for the storage and transportation of high pressure compressed natural gas. The system includes a gas distribution manifold having an inlet and an outlet, wherein the inlet is Configured to be connect.able to a natural gas supply source, and a plurality of storage vessels in fluid communication with the distribution manifold between the inlet and the outlet. The system further includes at least one isolation valve operatively connected between the gas distribution manifold and the plurality of storage vessels, wherein the at least one the isolation valve is configured to control gas filling and discharging of the plurality of storage vessels.
Abstract:
A carriage for different elements of a crane to be loaded in a container, the carriage comprising open end frames (2) at both ends of the carriage (1), whereby both end frames (2) have substantially vertical side parts (3a, 3b) and a bottom horizontal lower intermediate part (4) connecting them; side beams (5) horizontally interconnecting the end frames (2) by their sides and vertically positioned at a distance from each other; side storage compartments (10) arranged one above the other at the sides of the carriage; and wheels (6) installed on the end frames (2), of which the wheels (6) of at least one of the end frames (2) are turnable.
Abstract:
A rolling cart includes a plate defining an upper support surface and a perimetrical edge extending upward from the upper support surface. Front and rear channels are positioned on an underside of the plate. The front and rear channels cooperate with the underside of the plate to define front and rear interior compartments. Apertures defined within the plate place the upper support surface in communication with the front and rear interior compartments. A plurality of wheeled casters is attached to the bottom of the front and rear channels, wherein the front and rear interior compartments are configured to receive vertically adjacent casters of a vertically adjacent cart to define a stacked position that substantially prevents movement of the vertically adjacent cart with respect to the upper support surface.
Abstract:
An article movement system includes an article and at least one ball wheel. The article has first and second article surfaces meeting at a first article edge. The ball wheel is located along the first article edge and includes a ball, a bearing arrangement and a shell. The ball engages a surface underlying the article, the bearing arrangement supports the ball for omni-directional rotational movement, and the shell is located along the first article edge and contains the ball and the bearing arrangement. The shell defines a non-circular ball opening through which a portion of the ball extends to contact the underlying surface. The article, the bearing arrangement and the shell are configured such that the ball wheel is able to support the article for omni-directional rolling motion over the underlying surface with either of the first and article surfaces parallel thereto, and at any orientation therebetween.
Abstract:
A blade lift tool is configured to selectively lift and move a road grader blade. The blade lift tool includes a wheeled bottom member, a handle, and an upright adjustable riser. The riser includes elongated upper and lower riser sections and a hinged joint that connects the riser sections, with the hinged joint permitting the upper riser section to swing relative to the lower riser section. The riser includes a locking element removably engaged with at least one of the riser sections to restrict relative hinged movement between the riser sections, with the locking element being removable to selectively permit swinging of the upper riser section.
