摘要: The present invention relates to a composition comprising at least one polypeptide, which polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence set out in SEQ ID NO: 1 or an amino acid sequence having at least about 80% sequence identify thereto and which polypeptide is capable of binding to a fungus. The invention further relates to a composition comprising at least one polypeptide, which polypeptide comprises a CDR1 region having the amino acid sequence set out in SEQ ID NO: 2, a CDR2 region having the amino acid sequence set out in SEQ ID NO: 3, and a CDR3 region having the amino acid sequence set out in SEQ ID NO: 4 and which polypeptide is capable of binding to a fungus. 摘要: Anti-SARS-CoV-specific llama single domain antibodies, methods of making and characterizing those antibodies, and methods of using those antibodies are described herein. In some embodiments, the antibodies may bind to both SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2. In some embodiments, the antibodies bind to S1 of the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 including, for example, to the receptor binding domain (RBD) of S1. In some embodiments, the antibodies may block the binding of SARS-CoV-1 and/or SARS-CoV-2 to ACE-2.

摘要: Single domain antibodies that bind to plgR are described. The single domain antibodies may compete with IgA binding to plgR, or alternatively, the single domain antibodies may compete with IgA binding to plgR. The single domain antibodies may be coupled to therapeutic agents so as to facilitate delivery of the therapeutic agent to the mucosal layer via plgR-mediated transcytosis. The therapeutic agent can be, e.g, a small molecule or large molecule such as an antibody.
