Both in terms of cooling the clinker at high temperature up to 1,450 degrees Celsius by air blown pass through said grate plate via air opening which allowing of cooling air upward to clinker bed to reduce the temperature to 80 – 120 degrees Celsius at outlet end and the volume of hot air occurred from heat transfer between hot clinker and cooling air can be reuse as process heat in the system. Which the said heat exchange to operate in parallel with the conveying of clinker. The manner of the grate plate comprising the grate plate with air opening in cross section is trumpet venturi with smooth surface which means that no sharp corner. Which the said air opening is inclined for control air direction to forward movement as the same clinker conveying direction. By lower part of the air opening with wide and gradually narrow in sequence to the second part, which is middle part of the air opening that is the narrowest section and similar wide for a while until the last part, which is upper part of the air opening, will gradually be wide in sequence to the top of grate plate. the air opening designed with X1 or distance of middle part of the air opening and Xout or distance of upper part of the air opening to result in maximum air velocity at the end of trumpet venturi opening and more uniform cooling air flow through the air opening.

Versatile Waste Treatment Reactor constructed of three types of appliances: Rotating Reactor Unit (1), Input Appliances (2) and Output Appliances (3). The Rotating Reactor Unit (1) includes a pipe cylindrical Rotating Reactor (4) ended at ends with an Input Flange (5) and an Output Flange (6). To the Rotating Reactor are attached Passive Driving Components (8), e.g. gears, which work with Active Driving Components (7) founded on the base. On the Rotating Reactor's (4) circuit are placed heaters, permanently fixed with said circuit, e.g. Electrical Heaters (9). Between Electrical Heaters (9) are distributed Thermal - Electrical Insulation Spacers (10). To Thermal - Electrical Insulation Spacers (10) are fixed Internal Ring Electrical Sliding Contacts (11). To Internal Ring Electrical Sliding Contacts (11) are connected Internal Electrical Connections (12) on one side, while on the other side - External Electrical Sliding Contacts (13), farther connected with Electrical Phase Conductors (14). The rotating surface of the Rotating Reactor (4) is covered in a Thermal Insulation Material Layer (15), and thereon a second Electrical Insulation Material Layer (16) is placed. The internal surface of the Rotating Reactor (4) is incorporated by a Spiral (17) of helical structure. The Versatile Waste Treatment Reactor is constructed such that it enables thermal and chemical treatment of various waste type groups individually or mixed, conducting thereon separately or jointly such processes as: thermal decomposition, thermocatalytic decomposition, partially pyrolysis and partially gasification or incineration. Simultaneously the Versatile Waste Treatment Reactor is constructed such that it enables continuous supply of process components thereto and continuous discharge of solid and gaseous reaction products therefrom, and enables its cleaning without the need to stop and open it.

Конденсированное горючее, загружают в реактор, в который противотоком к горючему подается газифицирующий агент, содержащий кислород, В реакторе организуют режим пиролиза горючего с последующим сжиганием/газификацией углеродистых остатков пиролиза в плотном слое горючего. Реактор выполняется в виде вращающейся наклонной печи с углом наклона 22-65 градусов к горизонту, и с целью стабилизации процесса горения приводится во вращение. Горючие газы, получаемые при пиролизе и газификации, могут быть использованы как топливо.

The temperature and hotspot information can be used to control a cooling system that can spray water on and around hotspots for temperature control.
