The present invention relates to a food composition comprising, in % by weight of the food composition on dry matter basis, i) nucleotides in an amount of at least about 0.05% and ii) oligosaccharides in an amount of at least about 0.1%, wherein said oligosaccharides are selected from xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS), fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), and combinations thereof.

Кормовые добавки для животных содержат модифицированный цеолит и аминокислотный компонент, причем пористость модифицированного цеолита составляет от 45 до 75%, размеры полостей и каналов кристаллов цеолита составляют от 2 до 9 ангстрем, аминокислотный компонент содержит набор свободных аминокислот, полученных методом клеточного синтеза и имеющих размер молекул до 9 ангстрем. Способ изготовления кормовой добавки на основе модифицированного цеолита обогащенного аминокислотным компонентом, характеризуется тем, что используют модифицированный цеолит с пористостью от 45 до 75% и размерами полостей и каналов кристаллов цеолита от 2 до 9 ангстрем и аминокислотный компонент, содержащий набор свободных аминокислот, полученных методом клеточного синтеза и имеющих размер молекул до 9 ангстрем, полуфабрикат дробленого и фракционированного цеолита помещают в установку термической активации, где осуществляют дегидратацию цеолита при температуре 150-600°С, аминокислотный компонент добавляют в дистиллированную воду и производят их перемешивание. Изобретения позволяют увеличить объемы сельскохозяйственного производства, повысить качество и ценность сельхозпродукции, продуктивность животных, птиц и рыб.

The present invention relates to a process for cultivating one or more microorganisms capable of metabolising methane, the process comprises the steps of: (i) adding a fermentation medium to a fermentation reactor; (ii) adding the one or more microorganism to a fermentation reactor, providing an inoculated fermentation medium, wherein the one or more microorganism does not include a recombinant microorganism; (iii) adding a C1-C5 carbon source, e.g. methane, to the fermentation reactor and/or the inoculated fermentation medium during the fermentation of the one or more microorganisms; and (iv) optionally, adding oxygen to the fermentation reactor and/or the inoculated fermentation medium during the fermentation of the one or more microorganisms, wherein the oxygen is added to the fermentation reactor and/or the inoculated fermentation medium to provide a content of undissolved oxygen in the fermentation reactor and/or a content of gaseous oxygen in an exhaust gas is at most 5% (vol/vol).

The present invention relates to a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain that produces superoxide dismutase (SOD), and also relates to an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical composition and a pharmaceutical composition and food composition for preventing or treating hyperlipidemia, which include a superoxide dismutase produced by the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain. The compositions of the present invention exhibit excellent effects without causing side effects, and may thus be used as functional raw materials or products having an enhanced activity of preventing or treating inflammation, cancer or hyperlipidemia in the pharmaceutical drug, food, cosmetic and livestock fields.
