The water valve includes a housing (22) and the guide tube is installed on the housing via laser welding. The guide tube and housing each provide axially facing mating surfaces (58, 70) which abut one another in a pre-bonded configuration. In a post-bonded configuration, a laser weld joint (44) is formed at the interface between the mating surfaces. The joint forms a portion of an outer periphery of the housing.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plastic pedelec frame (1) by joining two matching plastic half-shells (2, 3), the pedelec frame (1) being provided with receptacles (12, 13, 14) for a handlebar (4), a bottom bracket (5) and preferably a seat (6). In said method, the two plastic half-shells (2, 3) are integrally welded to one another at the edges, preferably peripherally, using laser radiation so as to obtain the pedelec frame (1) and form at least one inner cavity (7) which is preferably used for accommodating at least one pedelec component. The invention also relates to an accordingly manufactured pedelec frame.

The present invention relates to a rod, an aircraft floor structure including same and a method for manufacturing said rod. The invention applies to a rod adapted to absorb mostly axial stress, in particular in the field of aeronautics. Said rod (101) includes a tubular body (102) having two ends with two heads (103) for connecting the ends to adjacent structures and which is adapted to absorb mostly axial forces, each head including a tip (105) which is widens towards the body and is adhered to the same via an adhesive interface (111). According to the invention, the rod includes at least one first seal (110) mounted radially between and against the body and the tip of each head, and axially towards the inside of the adhesive interface. The rod can be manufactured by mounting the first seal in contact with each tip and a first inner or outer surface of an end area opposite the body, and then by adhering each tip to the body by injection and suction of an adhesive (111) radially between the body and each tip and axially towards the outside of the first seal.
