摘要: A hydraulic drive system (1) including a meter-in compensator (37) and a bleed-off compensator (42) comprises a plurality of sensors (64 to 68), a controller (62), and an outlet pressure switching valve (61). The controller (62) determines whether or not the state of a wheel loader (2) which is detected based on the signals output from the sensors (64 to 68) meets a predetermined steering limiting condition. When the controller (62) determines that the state of the wheel loader (2) meets the steering limiting condition, it outputs a command signal to the outlet pressure switching valve (61). The outlet pressure switching valve (61) reduces the flow rate of the hydraulic oil flowing to steering cylinders (18L, 18R), in response to the command signal in such a manner that the flow rate becomes lower than that corresponding to the operation amount of a handle of a steering device (35).

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a forklift. The forklift according to the present disclosure is controlled such that when a traveling speed reaches or becomes higher than a predetermined traveling speed, a flow rate of hydraulic oil to be provided to a steering unit is reduced. Therefore, in order to implement a desired direction change, a steering wheel needs to be rotated to a relatively larger degree than when the forklift travels at a low speed. That is, straight traveling performance may be improved by reducing sensitivity of a direction change of the forklift to an operation of the steering wheel.

The steering control device includes a steer-by-wire system that controls an actuator (8a) that detects displacement of a steering angle when a steering wheel (2) is steered and operates a turning mechanism that turns a turning wheel separated from the steering wheel based on a detection result; a vehicle yaw angle detector (22a) that detects a yaw angle of a vehicle; a steering angle detector (4) that detects a steering angle of the steering wheel; a turning state detector (53A) that detects a turning state of the vehicle based on the yaw angle of the vehicle; a braking state detector (53B) that detects a braking state of the vehicle; and a yaw angle controller (53C) that controls the actuator to suppress a yaw angle deviation before and after braking when the turning state of the vehicle is detected by the turning state detector (53A) and when the braking state of the vehicle is detected by the braking state detector (53B).
