The complaint media 70 includes an optically transparent imprint stamp 20t with an imprint pattern 20q therein. The flexible substrate 101 is coated with a photopolymer material 301 . The compliant media 70 can be connected with an optically transparent belt material 81 to form an embossing belt 100 or connected with an optically transparent cylinder 69 to from an embossing drum 90 . A coated side 101c of the flexible substrate 101 is urged into contact with the imprint stamp 20t and the imprint pattern 20q is embossed in the photopolymer material 301 and an ultraviolet light L passing through the compliant media 70 contemporaneously cures the photopolymer material 301 during the embossing.

    摘要: Plant (1) for manufacturing a latex foam layer of unlimited length and having lower (9) and upper (10) recesses. A plurality of laying planes (15) provided with lower protuberances proceeds between an injection station (3) and a layer removing station (5). Foam provided with lower recesses (9) is directed towards a vulcanizer staying between the injecting station (3) and the removing station. A plurality of upper plates (31), each of them provided with protuberances (33), is lowered, one by one, on the foam layer to impress upper recesses before the foam layer enters the vulcanizer. The plates (31), placed on the foam layer, have their ends shaped in such a way to avoid completely any penetration of steam condensation drops. Upper plates release their weight to fixed supports.(17, 18) of the planes (15) to which they are bound until they leave the vulcanizer. The coming back of the plates from the extraction station (35) towards the new cycle of moulding (34) is independent of the operating system (19) of the planes (15).

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing optical storage media, for example of the CD type, in an at least semi-continuous manner. The inventive method comprises the following steps: continuously coating a plastic film strip (2) with a liquid, UV-curable material, drying the coating by supplying heat until the coating reaches a state in which it is no longer flowable but can still be impressed, and providing the substrate in the shape of a strip. A surface relief (21a) corresponding to the information to be stored can be impressed on said strip either directly after production of the strip or after a temporary storage. The strip can be impressed between two rolls (9, 10), the roll facing the coated side of the strip being provided with the surface relief. The coating is then cured under exposure to a UV radiation source (11).

    摘要: The invention pertains to a process for producing a surface-structured, sheet-like semifinished product made from a thermoplastic, having the following process steps: a thermoplastic plastic material is extruded in a molten state onto a temperature-adjustable moving belt or roller surface (5) that forms a negative structure (matrix) to the desired structure, the thermoplastic plastic material emerging from an outlet front (17) that is set transverse to the direction of motion and fully contacting the surface (5) to conform with the structure; the surface (5) is in sections subjected from without to a negative pressure which is at its maximum directly before the outlet front (in the running direction of the surface) so that the cavities belonging to the matrix (25) are practically void of air when the outlet front reaches them, and these cavities are completely filled with thermoplastic plastic material; the molten thermoplastic plastic material is while still resting on the surface - solidified by cooling, with the side brought into contact with the surface assuming the corresponding surface structure; once solidified, the semifinished product is removed from the surface.
