摘要: The present disclosure relates to a thermal dissipation system of an electric vehicle that includes: a heat exchanger arranged at the front part of the electric vehicle for providing heating or cooling to an air conditioning system of the electric vehicle; a first heat sink (220) and a second heat sink (230), which are respectively arranged at the two sides of the front part of the heat exchanger (210); a number of rotatable and adjustable air deflectors (121, 131) for changing the flow direction of the air (250) flowing through the heat dissipation system. Temperature sensors are included within the thermal dissipation system for sensing the working temperatures and the environmental temperatures of a battery pack and a motor of the electric vehicle. Opening and closing states of the air deflectors are adjusted in accordance with data provided by the temperature sensors.

摘要: Methods and apparatus for fabricating adhesive bonded joints while minimizing the voids and/or porosity found in the cured bondline. In accordance with various embodiments, the apparatus comprises an evacuation chamber combined with a pressure inducing device to produce bonded joints that are both void free and thoroughly compacted. The surfaces to be bonded are continuously evacuated throughout the bonding process (pre-mating, mating, debulking and cure). Continuous evacuation is provided via standard vacuum, while the induced pressure can be pneumatically or mechanically provided.

摘要: The present invention proposes a cap for forming a sealed cavity around one end of a fastener to thereby contain out-gassing and sparking events in the event of a lightning strike to the fastener. The invention also proposes a joint comprising such a cap, and a kit of parts and method for installing such a cap. A cap according to the invention comprises: an inner cap member having an annular base terminating at an edge which surrounds an opening into an air cavity for enclosing the one end of a fastener; and an outer cap member having an annular skirt or flange which extends radially outwardly away from the annular base, the annular skirt or flange and annular base between them defining an annular sealing cavity. The cap also comprises a sealing material inlet comprising an opening in the outer cap member that is in fluid communication with the annular sealing cavity, the opening being arranged to interconnect with a sealing material injection device to provide a flow of curable sealing material from the sealing material inlet into the annular sealing cavity. The outer cap member has an inner surface formed with a first locking feature, and the inner cap member has an outer surface formed with a second locking feature which forms a snap-fit joint with the first locking feature.

摘要: Disclosed is a hook device, which includes a hook base, a hook provided on a front side of the hook base, and a heating module and a hot melt adhesive layer both provided on a rear side of the hook base. The heating module includes a heating element which contacts with the hot melt adhesive layer. According to the hook device of the present invention, it is convenient to heat the hot melt adhesive layer so as to use or remove the hook device, due to the heating element. In addition, the present invention further discloses a hook assembly, which includes the above hook device and further includes a connecting cable provided for connecting a power source. The connecting cable is provided with a control circuit to control a heating time of the hot melt adhesive layer. When the power source is switched on, by means of the heating element controlled by the control circuit, the hot melt adhesive layer will be heated and then melted so that it is easy to be fixed to or removed from a flat surface. The hook assembly of the present invention is easy to use and remove, it is safe, reliable and reusable, and it has good adhesive property, thus it can bring great economic benefit and environmental protection benefit.
