Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for preparing a porous metal organic framework comprising at least two organic compounds coordinated to at least one metal ion, which comprises the steps (a) oxidation of at least one anode containing metal corresponding to the at least one metal ion in a reaction medium in the presence of at least a first organic compound, where the first organic compound is an optionally substituted monocyclic, bicyclic or polycyclic saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon in which at least two ring carbons are replaced by heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, to form a reaction intermediate containing at least one metal ion and the first organic compound; and (b) reaction of the reaction intermediate at a prescribed temperature with an at least second organic compound which coordinates to the at least one metal ion, where the second organic compound is derived from a dicarboxylic, tricarboxylic or tetracarboxylic acid.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the integrated production of aromatics and ammonia by reacting a gaseous stream A containing at least one C1 to C6 aliphatic compound and nitrogen in the presence of at least one catalyst. In one reaction, the C1 to C6 aliphatic compound is non-oxidatively converted into aromatics and the hydrogen released in said process is converted in a further reaction into ammonia.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an integrated method for the production of a polyurethane, comprising at least the following steps: (1) epoxidation of propene with at least one hydroperoxide to give propylene oxide; (2) reaction of the propylene oxide from step (1), or a mixture of the propylene oxide from step (1) and at least one further alkylene oxide to give a polyether alcohol, using at least one multi-metal cyanide compound as catalyst; (3) reaction of a polyether alcohol from step (2) with at least one isocyanate and polyurethanes which may be produced by a method as above and moulded bodies comprising a said polyurethane.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing propene from propane. Said method comprises the following steps: A) a feed gas stream (a) containing propane is prepared; B) the feed gas stream (a) containing propane, is introduced with optionally water vapour and optionally, an oxygen-containing gas stream into a dehydrogenation zone and then the propane is dehydrogenated to form propene, and a product gas stream (b) containing propane, propene, methane, ethane, ethene, hydrogen, optionally carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water vapour and oxygen, is obtained; C) the product gas stream (b) is cooled, optionally compressed and then water vapour is separated by condensation and a product gas stream (c) depleted in water vapour is obtained; D) the product gas stream (c) is brought into contact with a selectively active adsorber which selectively adsorbs propene in the selected adsorption conditions, and an adsorber charged with propene and a gas stream (d2) depleted in propene and containing propane, methane, ethane, ethene and hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are obtained; E) a gas stream (e1) containing propene is released from the adsorber charged with propene by reducing the pressure and/or heat of the adsorber.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to processes for preparing a porous organometallic framework material, comprising the step of reacting at least one metal compound with at least one at least bidentate organic compound which can bond coordinatively to the metal, in the presence of a non-aqueous organic solvent, the metal being ScIII, YIII or a trivalent lanthanide, and the organic compound having at least two atoms each selected independently from the group consisting of oxygen, sulphur and nitrogen, and via which the organic compound can bond coordinatively to the metal, the reaction taking place with stirring and at a pressure of not more than 2 bar (absolute). The invention further relates to porous organometallic framework materials which have been prepared by this process, and also to their use.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a porous organometallic framework material by reacting at least one metal compound, the metal being Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, AI, Ga or In, with at least one at least bidentate organic compound. The invention also relates to the use of such porous organometallic framework materials.
