    摘要: An unloading valve, wherein a spool (33) having a flange part (39) formed thereon is inserted into a spool bore (32) and a pressing force by a spring (52) is always added, through the flange part (39), to the spool (33) in a second pressure chamber (35), and an oil groove (60) is provided in the inner peripheral surface of the spool bore (32) near a contact surface (51) and a pressure oil with the same pressure (P2) as in the second pressure chamber (35) is led into the oil groove (60) through an oil path (61) provided in a valve main body (31), whereby, because the pressure oil invades through the oil groove (60) into a clearance between the flange part (39) and the contact surface (51) when the flange part is fitted closely to the contact surface, a cracking pressure due to a close fitting can be prevented from rising without lowering the strength of the flange part (39) so as to provide the stable opening and closing characteristics of the spool (33).

    摘要: Pressure compensating valves not requiring a portion for providing a hold check valve between the pressure compensating valves and direction control valves, and capable of simplifying relative equipment. The pressure compensating valves (3, l3) placed on inlet sides of the direction control valves (5, l5) are formed by using a spool (3-l) having different diameter portions, i.e. a larger-diameter portion (3a) and smaller-diameter portions (3b, 3c), pressure receiving chambers (3f, 3g) being provided on both sides of the larger-diameter portion so that a discharge pressure of a pump and inlet pressures of metering restrictions of the direction control valves work thereon, pressure receiving chambers (3j, 3p) being provided so that the outlet pressures of the metering restrictions and signal pressures work on smaller-diameter ends of the pressure receiving chambers (3f, 3g), a check valve (7) operated by the outlet pressures of the metering restrictions being inserted in the smaller-diameter end of the pressure receiving chamber (3p) to reduce the discharge pressure of the pump and generate a signal pressure, a sleeve (3r) both ends of which are positioned on a pressure receiving chamber (3q), into which the outlet pressures of the metering restrictions are introduced, and the pressure receiving chamber (3f) being fitted around the smaller-diameter portion (3b), the outlet pressures of the metering restrictions being introduced into the pressure-receiving chamber (3j) by this switching operation, this enabling the provision of a portion for providing a hold check valve between the pressure compensating valves and direction control valves to be omitted, and a valve apparatus to be simplified.

    摘要: Simplification of the casing structure of a directional control valve provided with a backward installation type flow dividing valve and the valve is achieved as follows. A pair of flow dividing valves (8) and hold check valves (9) are arranged between a pair of metering notches (6) having both functions of flow rate and directional control, formed in the land (4-1) of a spool (2), and a pair of actuator ports A, B. Respective hold check valves are provided with hollow spool-form valve discs (90) in which a seat (12) is formed at the outer periphery and the pressure of the outlet passage (10) connected to the actuator port acts in the closing direction of the valve. Respective flow dividing valves are provided with valve discs (80) fitted in these valve discs (90) so as to freely slide, facing the inlet passage (7) connected to the metering notch at the front face and facing the control pressure chamber (30) connected to a signal detection oil passage at the back face. The valve disc (90) is shaped to balance the pressure of the control pressure chamber. A slit (21) of a variable dead zone X2 is formed between the valve discs (80, 90) and the pressure between the outlet of the flow dividing valve and the inlet of the hold check valve is detected to transmit it to the control pressure chamber.
