    [Solution] An excavation work machine includes a hydraulic oil tank 15 provided in a tank chamber 20 and storing hydraulic oil that actuates a plurality of hydraulic actuators, a driver's seat provided on a lateral side of the tank chamber 20, a level gauge 70 that is provided on the driver's seat side of the tank chamber 20 and indicates an amount of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank 15, a control valve 60 controlling a flow of pressure oil supplied from the hydraulic oil tank 15 to each of the hydraulic actuators, a plurality of hydraulic hoses 330 extending from the control valve 60 and communicatively connected to each of the hydraulic actuators, and a fuel tank 14 that is provided in a front portion in the tank chamber covered with a hood provided to be openable and closable and stores fuel to be supplied to an engine. The plurality of hydraulic hoses 330 are arranged along a rear surface portion 15b of the hydraulic oil tank 15, the fuel tank 14 has a step portion 110 in a front portion, and a fuel supply pump 120 is provided in a space portion 111 formed above the step portion 110 in the tank chamber.

    摘要: Disclosed are a straight traveling apparatus for a construction machine and a control method thereof, which can allow a curved travel when the working device is operated during the curved travel. The straight traveling apparatus comprises a first and a second variable displacement hydraulic pump and a pilot pump; a left travel motor and a first working device that are operated by the first hydraulic pump; a plurality of switch valve that are installed in the path of the first hydraulic pump and control the hydraulic oil supplied to the left travel motor or the first working device; a right travel motor and a second working device that are operated by the second hydraulic pump; a plurality of switch valve that are installed in the path of the second hydraulic pump and control the hydraulic oil supplied to the right travel motor or the second working device; a straight travel valve that is switched by the pilot pressure applied from an electrical control valve, and supplies the hydraulic oil of one of the first and second hydraulic pumps to the left and right travel motors while supplying the hydraulic oil of the other of the first and second hydraulic pumps to the left and right working devices; a pressure detection sensor for detecting the pilot pressure applied to the left and right travel motor switch valves and the pilot pressure applied to the first and second working device switch valves; and a controller that outputs the control signal to the electrical control valve so that the pilot pressure applied to the straight travel valve is blocked in case that the difference between the pilot pressures applied to the left and right travel motor switch valves is larger than the pre-set pressure value, when the first and second working devices are operated during the travel.

    摘要: A hydraulic brake mechanism (145; 245; 345) for use in hydraulic systems (200; 300) to provide braking of a hydraulic motor (150; 250; 350) is disclosed. The brake mechanism provides proper braking under a range of operating conditions, including (1) the start of flow from the pump (205; 305) to the brake and motor and braking is not desired; (2) operating conditions in which constant flow is provided from the pump to the brake and motor and braking is not desired; (3) operating conditions in which abrupt decreases of flow from the pump to the brake and the motor occur, for example where flow is reduced due to being drawn by another work element (325) or hydraulic load, but under which a reduced supply flow is still present and braking is not desired; and (4) operating conditions in which the hydraulic flow from the pump to the brake mechanism and the motor is shut off completely and braking is desired.
