According to the present invention, provided is a device for controlling construction equipment, comprising: a remote control valve for outputting a secondary signal pressure which is proportionate to the amount calibrated by an operator; a calibrated amount detection means for detecting the secondary signal pressure of the remote control valve; an electro proportional pressure reducing valve for outputting the secondary signal pressure; first and second shuttle valves, each of the shuttle valves having an input portion on one side which connects to the secondary signal pressure of the remote control valve, and an input portion on the other side to which output-side ports of the electro proportional pressure reducing valve connect respectively; a directional control spool for controlling the actuation of the hydraulic actuator when exchanging by means of the signal pressure output from the first and second shuttle valves; and a controller for outputting a control signal to the electro proportional pressure reducing valve so as to correspond to the operation amount which is input by the operation amount detection means.

The traveling system includes a sensing device that detects manipulation of an operation lever of the working device or manipulation of a traveling pedal installed in the operation lever or the traveling pedal and outputs an electric signal to a controller in a specific operation mode. The traveling system also includes first and second variable displacement hydraulic pumps that are driven by an engine and have the same maximum capacity arid a main control valve that controls the flow direction of a hydraulic fluid discharged from the hydraulic pumps.

A hydraulic control system for a working machine according to the present invention comprises a hydraulic pump (1) for supplying working oil to a hydraulic actuator (2) through a control valve (3), a relief mechanism (4) disposed on the discharge side of the pump, the relief mechanism assuming an open state when a pump discharge pressure which varies according to the pump flow rate exceeds a predetermined pressure and assuming a closed state when the pump discharge pressure becomes the predetermined one or lower, an ordinary control means (13a,13b,15) for controlling the pump flow rate in accordance with working information, and a pressure feedback control means (9,15) for controlling the pump flow rate in accordance with the pump discharge pressure. In this system, out of controls performed by both control means, control wherein the flow rate by one control becomes smaller than that of the other is selected, thereby opening/closing control of the relief mechanism (4) is performed. According to this, it is possible to decrease the relief loss and improve the energy efficiency while making the most of the ordinary control.
