摘要: A hydraulic driving device, comprising a pressure compensating valve in an LS system, wherein an actuator lock switching valve (50), allowing a drain line (52) and a pilot line (53) to communicate with each other when the valve is switched to position (C) and allowing pilot lines (51) and (53) to communicate with each other when the valve is switched to position (D), is provided therein, the pilot line (51) is connected to a delivery line (7) of a hydraulic pump (10), the pilot line (53) is connected to pressure receiving parts (28a, 28b) provided at the closing operation side end part of pressure compensating valves (21a, 21b), and the actuator lock switching valve (50) having a pressure receiving part (55) connected to the output side of a pilot lock switching valve (43) is switched in conjunction with the switching of the switching valve (43), whereby, even when the drive device contains a directional control valve of mechanical switching system or a directional control valve of mechanical switching system is added, the actuator can be locked with a simple structure so as to prevent an erroneous operation from occurring when the drive device is not operated during engine driving.

摘要: A heat exchanging device (19) includes a fame member (20) assembled having a square frame shape by using a lower frame (21) extending in a front and rear direction and mounted on a revolving frame (5), side frames (22, 23) extending to an upper side from both ends of the lower frame (21), and an upper frame (24) extending on an upper part of the side frames (22, 23). A cooling fan (17) is disposed in a state in which each of the blades (17B) enters into the frame member (20) from an engine side end surface (20A) with respect to the frame member (20). An oil cooler (28) and a radiator (30) are mounted on a mounting surface plate (25) on an opposite side to the engine (16) and interposing said cooling fan (17) at an interval from the cooling fan (17) with respect to the frame member (20). A flat plate shaped shroud (31) surrounding each of the blades (17B) of the cooling fan (17) and forming a fan accommodating chamber (32) among the frame member (20), the oil cooler (28), and the radiator (30) is mounted on the engine side end surface (20A) of the frame member (20).

摘要: A hydraulic drive device including a swing control system capable of accelerating it to a stationary state without any jerky swing operation at the time of starting of the swing operation, providing high energy efficiency, forming a stable swing system, and preventing a cost and space from increasing due to provision of additional circuits or complicated problem with circuit configuration from occurring, wherein a pump control device (18) is installed so as to control a discharge flow so that a pump discharge pressure becomes higher by a specified value than the max. load pressures of actuators (2 to 6), pressure compensating valves (12 to 16) are formed so that pressure differences between the discharge pressure of a hydraulic pump (1) and the max. load pressures of the actuators (2 to 6) are set as target compensating pressure differences, respectively, a load dependent characteristic which reduces the target compensating pressure differences when a load pressure rises is provided to the pressure compensating valve (12) of a swing section, and the load dependent characteristic is set so that a flow characteristic simulating the HP constant control of a swing motor can be obtained.

摘要: To provide a hydraulic oil tank capable of assuring strength at a gage installation part and bringing a gage close to a hole portion of an exterior cover while maintaining a predetermined clearance between the exterior cover and the hydraulic oil tank. A hydraulic oil tank (6) is mounted on a swing frame (2a) of an upperstructure (2) in a hydraulic excavator, has a side wall (6a) opposing an exterior cover (5) of the upperstructure (2) with a predetermined clearance (20) therebetween, and is made of synthetic resin and adapted to store hydraulic oil to be fed to hydraulic actuators. The hydraulic oil tank (6) has a gage (7) that enables a visual check on a level (8) of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank (6) through a hole portion (5a) formed in the exterior cover (5). The gage (7) is installed in the side wall (6a) of the hydraulic oil tank (6), and has an internally-hollow protruding portion (7a) formed protruding in a direction toward the hole portion (5a) of the exterior cover (5) and a window portion (7b) comprised of a transparent member arranged at an end of the protruding portion (7a) and enabling the visual check on the level (8) of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank (6).

摘要: A differential pressure PLS between a discharge pressure of a hydraulic pump (2) and a maximum load pressure on a plurality of actuators (3a-3c) is maintained at a target differential pressure ΔPLSref by a pump capacity control device (5). The target differential pressure ΔPLSref is modified in accordance with the revolution speed of an engine (1) by conducting to an operation drive unit (32) a differential pressure ΔPp across a restriction (50) provided in a discharge passage of a fixed pump (30). An unloading valve (80) comprises first and second auxiliary control pressure chambers (80e, 80f), to which the differential pressure ΔPp across the restriction (50) is conducted, and a target differential pressure ΔPun for the unloading valve (80) is also modified according to the modification of the target differential pressure ΔPLSref caused by the operation drive unit (32). Accordingly, a stable load sensing control can be performed without being affected by the engine revolution speed.
