摘要: The present invention is a control device of a secondary battery using, as material of a positive electrode, positive electrode active material that shows a difference of an open circuit voltage curve between during charge and discharge. A storing unit stores, as discharge open circuit voltage information, a relationship between an SOC in a discharge process and an open circuit voltage for each changeover SOC that is an SOC when changing a state of the secondary battery from the charge to the discharge. An SOC calculating unit calculates the SOC of the secondary battery in the discharge process on the basis of a changeover SOC when actually performing the change from the charge to the discharge and the discharge open circuit voltage information stored in the storing unit. It is therefore possible to properly detect the SOC during the discharge.

摘要: Provided is a battery temperature control device configured to automatically heat a battery (1) with a battery-driven heater (2) so that the battery does not freeze at a minimum electric power consumption when the battery is out of use. The battery temperature control device predicts, based on a combination of a battery temperature Tbat and an outside air temperature Tatm, a predictive time that the battery temperature Tbat is likely to be less than a first set temperature Tbat1, while the battery temperature Tbat is higher than or equal to the first set temperature Tbat1 at which there is no risk of freezing (step S13), and sets the predictive time as the next controller startup time Δt (step S14), and determines whether or not the battery temperature has fallen to below the first set temperature (i.e., Tbat

摘要: A monitor (5) monitors an assembled battery (1) having a plurality of cells (11) and a power supply line (2) for connecting the plurality of the cells (11). The monitor (5) includes: a detecting portion (6) for detecting a voltage of each of the cells (11) of the plurality of the cells (11); and a controlling portion (7) for receiving a voltage detection result detected by the detecting portion (6). The detecting portion (6) converts the voltage detection result into an alternating current communication signal and transmits the alternating current communication signal via the power supply line (2) to the controlling portion (7).
