    摘要: A patient interface system (3000) for treating sleep disordered breathing, comprising a patient interface (3301) with a seal-forming structure (3100), a strap (3308) and a retractor (3304) fixedly attached to the patient interface. The retractor is configured to retract both ends of the strap without patient actuation. A patient interface channel (3324) is fixedly attached to the patient interface, and a cushion (3310) is structured to at least partially conform to the patient's head, wherein the cushion has a pair of cushion channels (3322), wherein said strap passes freely through each of said cushion channels and the patient interface channel such that upper portions of the strap pass above the patient's ears and below the patient's eyes when donned by the patient and lower portions of the strap pass below the patient's ears when donned by the patient.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a patient interface for sealed delivery of a flow of air to an entrance to the patient's airways including at least entrance of a patient's nares; said patient interface comprising: a frame including a textile material; a seal-forming structure provided to the frame, the seal-forming structure configured and arranged to form a seal against a patient's face, wherein the seal-forming structure includes a foam material and/or a textile material; and a positioning and stabilising structure to hold the seal-forming structure in sealing position in use, at least a portion of the positioning and stabilising structure including a textile material, wherein the textile material of the positioning and stabilising structure is integrated or provides an interface with the seal-forming structure and/or the frame.
