摘要： A rubber composition suitable for tire treads having well-balanced excellent wet skid characteristic, ice skid characteristic and rolling characteristic, and an excellent processability, which comprises a rubber component containing at least 20 % by weight of a block copolymer consisting essentially of a block A and a block B, obtained by conducting polymerization of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of an organolithium initiator and modifying with a coupling agent, and satisfying the following conditions (A) to (E);
(A) the block A having a content of an aromatic vinyl compound of at most 5 % by weight and a content of 1,2-bonds in the conjugated diene component of at least 10 % by weight,
(B) the block B having a content of an aromatic vinyl compound of 25 to 50 % by weight and a content of 1,2-bonds in the conjugated diene component of at least 10 % by weight,
(C) a content of the block A in the block copolymer being from 20 to 80 % by weight,
(D) a content of the aromatic vinyl compound in the block copolymer being from 5 to 30 % by weight and a content of 1,2-bonds in the conjugated diene component of the block copolymer being from 20 to 60 % by weight, and

摘要： A rubber composition for tire treads comprising a rubber component consisting essentially of (A) 20 to 100 % by weight of a solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity ML₁₊₄ of 30 to 200 at 100°C prepared by copolymerization of styrene, butadiene and a polyvinyl aromatic compound followed by coupling with a trifunctional or tetrafunctional coupling agent, and (B) 0 to 80 % by weight of at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of an emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, a butadiene rubber, natural rubber and a synthetic polyisoprene rubber; and (C) 50 to 250 parts by weight of a carbon black having an iodine adsorption number of not less than 60 mg/g and an oil absorption of not less than 110 mℓ /100 g per 100 parts by weight of said rubber component; the tan δ peak temperature Tg of the cured product of said rubber composition being from -40° to +5°C . The tread rubber composition can be processed without causing bagging with a good dispersibility of carbon black and provides tires having a low rolling resistance and a high grip characteristic.

(i) 0.2 - 2 moles of a dialkylamine per mole of the acid anhydride in said modified copolymer rubber when said modified copolymer rubber contains no dicarboxylic acid; (ii) 0.2 - 2 moles of a polyamine compound per mole of the total amount of the acid anhydride and the dicarboxylic acid in said modified copolymer rubber; or (iii) 0.2 - 2 moles of a dialkylamine per mole of the acid anhydride in said modified copolymer rubber and 0.2 - 2 moles of a polyamine compound per mole of the acid anhydride in said modified copolymer rubber when said modified copolymer rubber contains no dicarboxylic acid. the molar ratio of (C)/(D) ranging from 1/0.1 inclusive to 1/1 exclusive. According to the present invention, there is provided a modified polyolefin resin having the following merits:
(1) The amount of bound unsaturated carboxylic acid, a derivative thereof or unsaturated epoxy compound is high. (2) The change of the melt flow rate during the modification is small. (3) The physical properties are of high grade. (4) The coating affinity with urethane coatings and resistance to falling off of the coating layer are excellent. The modified polyolefin resin of the present invention can be used for adhesives, covering materials, binders, laminate bonding agent and polymer alloy constituents.-

(B) 5 - 50 parts by weight of a saturated rubber obtainable by grafting 5 - 100 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound onto 100 parts by weight of a saturated rubber and allowing 0.05 - 10 parts by weight of a compatibilising agent to react with said rubber, the grafting degree of said aromatic vinyl compound being 50% by weight or more; and
