The invention relates to a method for producing coated molded parts (4) in a molding tool (1) which has one or more cavities (3, 3'). The method has at least the following steps: a) producing a molded part (4) in a cavity (3, 3') of the molding tool (1), b) at least partly opening the cavity (3, 3'), c) introducing a reactive system (R) having at least two components (A), (B), or (A'), (B') into the at least partly open cavity (3'), d) wherein the components (A), (B) or (A'), (B') are introduced into the cavity (3') at separate locations and/or at offset times relative to each other, e) reclosing the molding tool (1), said components (A), (B) or (A'), (B') being mixed and distributed over a molded part (4) surface (8) to be coated in the process, and f) crosslinking the reactive system (R) in the cavity.

The present invention relates to a coil support member (1) and a method of manufacturing the same in which a thermosetting or thermoplastic material is introduced into a mould cavity and hardened. One or more functional filler materials can be added to the thermosetting or thermoplastic material to improve or alter one or more of the thermal, mechanical, electrical and magnetic properties of the coil support member. One or more components (12, 14) can be positioned within the mould cavity during the manufacturing process before the thermosetting or thermoplastic material is introduced. These components are then embedded in the thermosetting or thermoplastic material and form an integral part of the coil support member (1).

The invention relates to an optical element (14) which is suitable for an optoelectronic component and comprises a carrier part (1) and a beam forming part (12). According to the invention, the beam forming part is formed on the carrier part or vice versa. The invention also relates to a corresponding production method and a composite component provided with said optical element.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zahnbürste aus mindestens einer Materialkomponente mittels Spritzgiessen, bei dem eine Portion der Materialkomponente in eine erste Kavität (28) einer Spritzgussform (27) gespritzt wird. Der restliche Teil dieser Materialkomponente wird in mindestens einer weiteren Portion in jeweils eine weitere Kavität (32) der Spritzgussform (27) gespritzt und dabei in Verbindung mit mindestens einer der bereits gespritzten Portionen gebracht, wobei in einem ersten Schritt ein Kopfteil (3), ein vorderer Teil (2a) eines Handgriffs (2) sowie ein Teil (2b) eines hinteren Handgriffteils aus der Portion der Materialkomponente gespritzt wird. Anschliessend werden die weitere Portion der Materialkomponente zur Bildung des restlichen Teils (2c) und eine zweite Materialkomponente zur Bildung des elastischen Griffteils (20) des vorderen Teils (2a) des Handgriffs (2) eingespritzt.
