    摘要: A PVC related disposable gloves and a manufacturing process thereof. The process comprises: mixing PVC resin or its mixture and a plasticizer to form a glove formula mixture; making the glove formula mixture into a mixture film; placing two layers of mixture films in parallel to form a glove material film; placing an insulation layer on one side of the glove material film, and applying a beam of electromagnetic waves distributed along a path of preset contour onto the surface of the glove material film, to make the beam of electromagnetic waves beam penetrates the glove material film and thus the glove material film is effectively sealed along the path of preset contour; or heating the glove material film along a path of preset contour, the heating temperature being equal to or higher than the critical point of heat sealing temperature of the glove material film, and thus the glove material film is effectively heat sealed along the path of preset contour; applying a pressure on the path of preset contour so that the two layer of said mixture films are pressed and fused integrally along the path of preset contour; forming a blade-shaped cut along outer edge of the path of preset contour, and separating integrally fused part including fused path from the glove material films, and forming an opening at wrist position of the path of preset contour, so as to form a PVC related disposable glove. This manufacturing process of the PVC related disposable gloves greatly reduces the environmental pollutions and has a very high value in protecting the environment.

    摘要: A utility glove comprising a three dimensional molded portion formed of an elastomeric material molded onto a fabric material, wherein the molded portion has a thickness of from about 0.8 to about 10.8 mm with the elastomeric material including two or more areas of differing thicknesses within the range of from about 0.4 to about 10.0 mm. The molded portion of the utility glove has a concave palm, with the middle of the palm being set in from the edges to form a concave configuration. The utility glove is manufactured by placing a glove blank comprising a fabric material over a first mold part in the form of at least a portion of a hand and bringing at least one second mold part into molding engagement with the first mold part to create a cavity with the glove blank on the first mold part. The elastomeric material is then injected into the cavity to form a molded portion, wherein the elastomeric material is injected on the side of the fabric material opposite the first mold part.
