摘要： A substantially water-free, liquid lubricant for metal forming, which comprises a lubricating oil, and at least one of linearly condensed phosphorus compounds represented by the following general formula (1):
wherein m is an integer of 0, 1, ..., n+1, n is an integer of 2 to 6, and M is an alkali metal, and cyclically condensed phosphorus compounds represented by the following general formulae (2) and (3):

wherein n is an integer of 2 to 8, M is an alkali metal, and each of x and y is an integer of 1 or more, where x+y≤8, and furthermore at least one of organic compounds having phosphorus, sulfur or chlorine as an extreme-pressure agent, and furhtermore a fatty acid can form a lubricating film with a good heat resistance and a good lubricating ability by heat generated during metal forming only by applying it to the surface of a workpiece or a mold and can work effectively for preventing the workpiece from galling, greatly contributing to simplification of the production steps and reduction in product cost.

摘要： The invention describes multiphase lubricant concentrates with enhanced properties to be used in acqueous working fluids from exploratory drilling of soil, containing liquid or solid organic constituents at room temperature with a lubricating effect (O-phase) in addition to emulsifiers which are finely dispersed in a closed aqueous phase (W-phase). The concentrates are characterized by the fact that the system consisting of an oil phase, a water phase and emulsifiers has a phase inversion temperature (PIT) above room temperature and is produced by heating the multiphase system to temperatures equal to/above the PIT and subsequently cooled to smaller PIT values. The invention also relates to the use of such multiphase lubricant concentrates as an additive to water based working fluids in the field of exploratory drilling of soil and further treatment of such drilling.

Further, this lubricant actively penetrates the crystalline surface of the metal while exhibiting extreme pressure lubrication, non-migrating with lasting protection. Further lubricant exhibits dielectric strength of over 8000 volts, at the same time cleaning electrical contacts, thereby reducing resistance and associated heat. The preferred embodiment may contain alpha-olefins, low-odor aromatic solvents, base oils, and high flash mineral spirits.
