The attaching portion 15 includes: a vertical adjuster 60 which adjusts the attaching position of the first flange 12 so that a surface 12c of the first flange 12, which is opposite to a surface of the first flange 12 facing the partial wall portion 1a1a, to be vertical; and a rotation adjuster 80 which adjusts the attaching position of the first flange 12 about a horizontal axis H passing the center of the through hole 12a and extending in the thickness direction.

A second opening communicating with the first opening is formed in an end portion of the lid. The lid includes a locking member that can linearly move to protrude from and retract into the first opening, a rotatable rotary member positioned to face the second opening, a conversion mechanism configured to covert rotational motion of the rotary member to linear motion of the locking member, and a second seal member installed to seal the second opening.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a device that includes a base comprising a substrate having a first major surface, a pressure sensitive adhesive adhered to at least a portion of the first major surface, a polymeric cover film coupled to the substrate via the adhesive, a plurality of isolated closed compartments disposed between the substrate and the cover film, and an aqueous liquid disposed in two or more of the closed compartments. The cover film is a composite film comprising ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, a linear copolymer of ethylene and a higher alkene, and a tackifier. Each compartment of the plurality is defined by a seal that prevents liquid communication with at least one other compartment of the plurality. Methods of using the device for partitioning a sample, for analyzing a sample, and for culturing a microorganism are also provided.
