摘要:
The present invention relates to wadding in which short fibers (A) having a single fiber fineness (a) of 0.001-1.0 dtex make up 5-90 mass% of the total mass of the wadding. Measured in accordance with JIS L 1096 Warmth Retention Method A (Constant-Temperature Method):2010, a 89% or higher warmth retention ratio is obtained in test items made by stuffing 100g of the wadding substantially evenly into a pouch-shaped cover produced by layering two pieces of 45cm-length 100% cotton fabric squares and thereafter sewing shut the opening of the pouch-shaped cover. By means of the present invention, it is possible to provide wadding which has excellent softness and bulkiness and which is ideal for use in down jackets, duvets or other bedding.

[Problem] The present invention provides artificial leather including an entangled fiber mass of ultrafine fibers and a polymeric elastomer and having a wet feel and an elegant consistent appearance similar to those of natural nubuck leather, and also provides a production method therefor. [Means of solution] Accordingly, the artificial leather of the present invention is an artificial leather including an entangled fiber mass of ultrafine fibers having a monofilament fineness of 0.01 dtex or more and 0.50 dtex or less and a polymeric elastomer; wherein at least one surface is napped; the cross-sectional profile curve of the napped surface has an arithmetic mean height Pa of 26 µm or more and 100 µm or less; the arithmetic mean height Pa of the cross-sectional profile curve of the opposite surface is 20% or more and 80% or less of the cross-sectional roughness Pa of the napped side; the existence frequency of asperity peaks found in the cross-sectional profile curve of the napped surface is 1.8 or more and 20 or less per 1.0 mm; and a woven or knitted fabric lamination is present near the opposite surface at a depth position of 10% or more and 50% or less.

To obtain an integrated foam-molded product whose manufacturing cost is reduced and which makes an effective use of a property of an integration target (10). Foaming heat generated at the time of the foaming of a polyurethane foam raw material, whose influence has been conventionally prevented by contriving a special measure, is positively used. The integration target (10) is influenced by foaming heat generated at the time of the foaming of the polyurethane foam raw material in a mold (40), to thermally deform into a desired shape along a mold shape. Consequently, it is possible to mold the integration target into an arbitrary shape in a step of integrating the integration target (10) with a polyurethane foam layer (30) in the mold (40) by integrated foaming, and therefore, there is no need to work the integration target (10) to a state closer to a final shape in a step before it is disposed in the mold (40), which can simplify manufacturing steps and reduce manufacturing cost.

To provide a knitting method of a three dimensionally (3D) shaped-knitted fabric with which a 3D shaped-knitted fabric having a complex shape than the related art can be knitted. The knitting method includes a base knitting step in which a base knitted fabric portion including four sides is knitted such that at least three sides of the four sides are held on the needle beds; and a projection knitting step in which a projecting knitted fabric portion is knitted from at least one side of the base knitted fabric portion such that the projection knitted fabric portion has a smaller knitting width than the relevant one side. In the projection knitting step, moving a part of a stitch row configuring one side of the base knitted fabric portion toward the outer side in a knitting width direction, knitting a pickup stitch on the knitting needle that became an empty needle by such movement, and forming a part of one side of the projecting knitted fabric portion; and knitting a new stitch row following a stitch row proximate to the empty needle to increase the knitting course of the projection knitted fabric portion are repeated.
