    摘要: An area efficient baseband filter is disclosed. In an exemplary embodiment, an apparatus includes a current to voltage (I-V) filter configured to receive an input current signal at an input port and generate a filtered output voltage signal at an output port based on a feedback transconductance. The input current signal comprises an input DC current in addition to a signal current. The apparatus also includes a feedback circuit connected between the output port and the input port, the feedback circuit having at least one transistor configured to couple the input DC current to a signal ground and to provide the feedback transconductance for the I-V filter.

    A frequency converter includes: a primary winding 12 in which a plurality of windings on which a polyphase alternating voltage is applied are arranged periodically along a particular direction; a secondary winding 22 which is magnetically coupled to the primary winding 12 and in which a plurality of windings are arranged along the particular direction with a repetition period different from the primary winding 12; and a frequency modulation part 3 which is arranged on a magnetic path between the primary winding 12 and the secondary winding 22 magnetically coupled to each other and in which a plurality of magnetic materials 31 are arranged periodically along the particular direction. Then, the pitch of the plurality of magnetic materials 31 in the particular direction and the winding arrangement period of the primary winding 12 and the secondary winding 22 are different from each other so that an alternating voltage having a frequency different from the frequency of the polyphase alternating voltage is induced in the secondary winding 22.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and apparatus that provide autonomous power supply by converting energy of sources of a non-electrical nature into the electric energy using charge generators. For such apparatuses, as charge generators can be used piezoelectric elements, triboelectric elements, as well as radioactive sources of charged particles that do not require periodic replacement or re-charging - in contradistinction to the conventional sources of power supply, galvanic batteries. Charge generator (1), when activated, produces a portion of electric charges q having a high electric potential Uin, which portion is applied to the input of charge energy converter (2). The function of the converter (2) is to increase the initial value of charges q up to value of Q, with simultaneous reduction of their potential to Uout value, which less than Uin. For the purpose to store charges Q obtained as a result of the conversion, which charges Q are needed for the electronic systems power supply, electric charge storage (3) is positioned at the output of the apparatus.

    摘要: A power supply suitable for energising an isolation amplifier requiring its input section to be isolated electrically from its output section. The power supply consists of a primary circuit, which, when energised by an electrical supply, converts the electrical energy to infrared radiation, and a secondary circuit which includes a solar cell (1) or cells arranged to receive the infrared radiation. Electrical energy is generated by the solar cell or cells when irradiated. The primary circuit of the power supply includes a plurality of infrared emitting diodes (2) which are energised electrically to provide infrared radiation.
