A printed circuit board having a multi-layer film bonded to a planar surface thereof has one layer of the film lifted at a leading edge by vibration and fluid pressure. The leading edge is mechanically gripped and a pulling force applied thereto to draw the film from the surface of the circuit board and to transfer the removed film along a path to a discharge apparatus. The transfer apparatus includes frictionally engaged belts which direct the film along a transfer path to a source of ionized fluid which is applied to the film in order to remove static and direct the film along the transfer path towards a used film receptacle.

Die Substratschicht ist für eine Bearbeitungslaserstrahlung transparent und die erste Funktionsschicht, eine Elektrodenschicht, ist für diese Bearbeitungslaserstrahlung absorbierend. Die freie Oberfläche der Substratschicht wird mit der Bearbeitungslaserstrahlung abgescannt, um die erste Elektrodenschicht durch Absorption der Bearbeitungslaserstrahlung wenigstens teilweise zu verdampfen und damit den Schichtaufbau der Funktionsschichten von der Substratschicht zu lösen. Die Substratschicht steht anschließend getrennt von den mit der Kunststoffschicht und der Deckschicht verbundenen Funktionsschichten zur weiteren getrennten Verarbeitung zur Verfügung.

The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a magnetic element comprising a composite magnetic body containing metallic magnetic powder and thermosetting resin and having a packing ratio of the metallic magnetic powder of 65 vol% to 90 vol% and an electrical resistivity of at least 10 4 Ω·cm. When a coil is embedded in this composite magnetic body, a miniature magnetic element can be obtained that has a high inductance value and is excellent in DC bias characteristics.

A thin film product having a nanostructured surface, a laminate product including the thin film and a temporary substrate opposite the nanostructured surface, a laminate product including the thin film and a final substrate attached to the nanostructured surface and a method of producing the thin film products. The thin film is particularly useful in the electronics industry for the production of integrated circuits, touch screen, flat panel display, printed circuit boards and EMF shielding. The nanostructured surface includes surface features that are mostly smaller than one micron, while the dense portion of the thin film is between 10-200mm. The thin film is produced by coating a temporary substrate (such as aluminum foil) with a coating material (such as copper) using any process. One such method is concentrated heat deposition or a combustion, chemical vapor deposition process. The resulting thin film provides a high level of adhesion to a final substrate, by embedding the nanostructures with the material of the final substrate (such as epoxy resin). The surface of the thin film adjacent the temporary substrate substantially conforms to the substrate surface and has a relatively low peel strength. In this manner, the temporary substrate is easily removed from the thin film after attaching the opposite nanostructured side of the thin film to the final substrate with a resulting, higher peel strength.

A method of producing a cathode-ray tube apparatus having a light-transmitting film provided on the panel glass thereof includes a process for treatment of the surface of the panel glass including the steps of: coating a surface of the panel glass (4) which has been subjected to no external polishing with an ultraviolet-curing resin composition which gives a cured material (11) having a refractive index substantially the same as that of said panel glass (4); providing a light-transmitting film (12) on said ultraviolet-curing resin composition (11); and curing said ultraviolet-curing resin composition (11) by irradiation with ultraviolet radiation, thereby integrating said panel glass (4), ultraviolet-curing resin composition (11) and light-transmitting film (12) into one unit; wherein said panel glass (4) provided with the light-transmitting film (12) is accommodated in a vacuum container (16) at least one side of which is made of a transparent rubber sheet (17) which transmits ultraviolet radiation, and while said vacuum container (16) is being evacuated, said light-transmitting film (12) is squeegeed through said transparent rubber sheet (17), and said ultraviolet-curing resin composition (11a) is cured by irradiation with ultraviolet radiation through said transparent rubber sheet (17).
