    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction device of a vacuum cleaner which has two or more brushes and can clean completely all pollutant regardless of the volume and magnitude of the pollutant by individually actuating each brush.
    SOLUTION: The suction device comprises a controller 6 which is accommodated inside a vacuum cleaner body 2 to control a cleaning movement, a suction motor 22 which is installed ahead of the controller 6 to generate suction force, a filter 24 which is connected with the motor 22 to catch dust and the pollutant, an inlet 30 which sucks the dust and pollutant on a floor by being connected with the filter 24 through an inlet channel 28 cut on the lower surface of the vacuum cleaner body 2, two or more brushes 32 and 34 which suck the pollutant on the floor by being rotatably pivoted on the side of the inlet 30, and driving mechanisms 36 and 38 which are engaged with the brushes 32 and 34 to rotate these brushes 32 and 34.
