SOLUTION: This rolling device is provided with an inner member having a raceway surface in an outer surface, an outer member having a raceway surface to correspond to the raceway surface of the inner member, and disposed outward of the inner member, and a plurality of rolling elements disposed between both raceway surfaces to freely roll. In a cavity formed between the inner member and the outer member where the rolling elements are disposed, grease composition comprising base oil containing ester oil by 50 mass% or more to total quantity of base oil, thickening agent containing lithium soap by 8-20 mass% to total quantity of grease, and unsaturated fatty acid by 0.5-5 mass% to total quantity of grease is enclosed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil composition absolutely free from chlorine-based extreme pressure agent, having excellent cutting and grinding performance, generating no dioxin and useful for drilling, reaming and tapping by adding a specific alkylsulfonic acid derivative, etc., to a specific lubricating base oil. SOLUTION: The objective composition is produced by mixing (A) a lubricating base oil containing one or more oils selected from mineral oil, oil and fat and synthetic lubricating oil with (B) an alkylsulfonic acid derivative of formula (R1 is a 10-60C alkyl; R2 and R3 are each H or a 1-8C alkyl), (C) one or more alkaline earth metal salts of carboxylic acid and/or sulfonic acid selected from aromatic carboxylic acid, aliphatic carboxylic acid, alicyclic carboxylic acid, petroleum sulfonic acid and alkylarylsulfonic acid and having a base value of >=50 mgKOH/g (e.g. an oleic acid derivative) and (D) one or more kinds of sulfur-based extreme pressure additives such as sulfurized oil and fat, polysulfide and dithiocarbonate.
