    摘要: PURPOSE:To improve heat-resistant properties and reproducibility in a solar heat collector, by forming a metallic layer consisting of selective heat absorption layer on the collector by a method of electroless plating of nickel or the like, and by forming a dielectric film on the metallic layer by coating a solution of such as titanium dioxide on it, and then by treating it in an oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:An inner glass tube 7 is dipped in a sensitiveness imparting solution for about three minutes, and after cleaning it in water, it is dipped in an activation treating solution at about 40 deg.C for about thirty seconds. Next, it is electroless plated in an electroless nickel plating solution selected from nickel, silver, copper and cobalt. After drying it, a film is formed on it by coating a blended solution selected from titanium dioxide, tantalum pentoxide, and niobium pentoxide. Then it is heat-treated in an oxidizing atmosphere at the temperature higher than 500 deg.C to form a selective heat absorption film 6 on the outer surface of a glass bute 7. The glass tube 7 is inserted into an outer glass tube 3, and a parabolic plate mirror 2 is fitted to the glass tube 3. With such an arrangement, heaat-resistant properties and reproducibility can be improved in a solar heat collector.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a precoated metallic plate which has excellent corrosion resistance, workability and resistance to contamination, by subjecting the metallic plate to a chemical conversion with a prescribed component then using undercoating paint and top coating paint in combination. CONSTITUTION:A coating type chromate treating soln. contg. 10-200g/l (in terms of CrO3) Cr , 30-70wt% (based on the total weight of Cr) Cr and >=1 kind among silica, phosphoric acid and malonic acid is prepd. A corrosion preventive film is formed on the surface of the metallic plate with such treating soln. so as to contain 20-100mg/m Cr in the dry film. Undercoating paint is coated and baked thereon to 5-20mu thickness and top coating paint is coated thereon to 5-30mu dry paint film thickness and is then baked. The above-described undercoating paint consists of 100 parts a copolymerized polyester resin of 10,000-20,000mol.wt., 5-43 parts a hardener, etc. The top coating paint consists essentially of 100 parts a copolymerized polyester of 2,000-5,000mol.wt., 0.1-3 parts a fluorine surfactant, 5-43 parts a hardener, etc.
