    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid member having sure waterproof-dustproof performance, by uniformly pressing the whole surface of an opening part, without receiving influence of the expansion-contraction by a temperature-humidity change in a surrounding environment; and an electronic device using the same. SOLUTION: This lid member includes a lid body 310 having a pair of tongue parts 330 in both end parts, a lid latch 320 having a pair of key parts 360 engaging with the tongue parts 330 and sliding on the lid body 310, and a projection part 380a arranged in an end part in the sliding direction of the lid latch 320.
